Be very careful about buying products from the Tamworth store a lot of the nail products are faulty and they will not change them after 30 days you may be keeping extra in stock the nail glue is faulty they will tell you to put in the microwave keep away

Shocking customer service.
I placed a small order with them ( order 1000287004) and a week later not received the items or any updates at all. I emailed them to which I got a generic reply saying "credit memo" , no explanation , no apology, didn't even know what that meant. Couple of days later I received the refund, but I had to fight for it. AVOID
Opened my first salon this summer. Ordered the new salon chairs from here. after a few days, it was stil showing as order not processed. I called them and they said they couldn't find the order and would they call me back. The call never came so I rang back again to be told that they would be delivered the following week but someone would call me back to confirm the date. That call also never came and when I called them back, was told it would be another week before delivery which was over the time specified on the website. They missed my salon opening date so had old chairs. Chairs were eventually delivered and one was damaged. Called them right away for this to be rectified and the said that they were sending a new one out and would arrange for the damage one to be collected which I also had to store. The new one arrived with half of it missing and when I called back again, was told that I could use the old base. What they failed to see was once the chairs were assembled, they weren't able to be taken apart.
As a hairdresser, I work in the customer service industry and do a great job at keeping my clients happy. It's a real shame that this multi million pound business doesn't take the same pride in serving its customers!
My order number is 1000281563 I placed order on 27th AUG i ordered 10 different products and total 27 pcs 11 pcs i got delivery 16 pcs are missing i called them aston and fincher still no one’s come back and eamil

I really appreciate the lovely lady who gave me a Hara Lash Lift! It was my first time trying it. honestly so happy with how my lashes turned out. I highly recommend this brand for anyone looking to get a lash lift!

Made an order on the 2nd of Feb. Still not anny tracking or updates on the order. Rang customer service two times, i was told that it would be 7 working days from order for them to get the item in stock and I would be given an update. Had no update. I rang back when it was 10 working days after order to be told that it was 7 to 10 workings days for them to get orders from suppliers. I explained that it had been that time frame already and again was spoken to in a rude manor. They have no idea when the order will come. It's really bad customer service, I really would no recommend this company, I will be shocked if I ever get my item and not have to put in a claim for a scam to the bank for the ammount
