My experience with Athlean-X's Support was one of the best I've ever experienced. This was the second time I contacted them in all my time using the platform (about seven years, I believe, at the time of writing these lines, and using it every single day).
On both times, I got an impressively quick response with a direct and simple solution to my request. On top of that, on the second time, I was also highly rewarded for my years as a customer with a valuable gift.
I believe I have purchased both for myself and as a gift to others every single online program these people have to offer, I and will certainly continue to do so for many years to come, knowing that if any issue may arise, their excellent Customer Care Service will handle it.

Very good ! If you e-mail them asking for help and guidance when you're feeling demotivated make sure to put all your barriers down and ego on the side and tell the truth and don't be offended of what they would answer. Their direct honesty is the best support. I used to be demotivated and switch programs in the middle of month 1 week 2-3. I had a "giving up in week 2-3 problem" so I reached out to them. They told me something and I could either choose to be offended or choose to face it and change things. I chose the second option and thanks to their support and honesty that "giving up or switching program by week 2-3 of month 1" problem is gone. I see the progress with the consistency, I see the results, I don't even run anymore after how aesthetic my body looks like instead I run after how much fun I can have. I always remind myself of what the AX team told me "Enjoy the journey".

Hear me now. Believe me later. I've been a gym rat, athlete, and certified personal trainer for years. I'm the go-to workout and nutrition person for many of my friends. I am a natural skeptic. With that said - THIS is the program I’ve been looking for all my life. Greatly exceeded my expectations already. I’m just ramping up and muscles are turning on that I didn’t know I had. Video clips address the exact mistakes I have been making. Superb customer service. Best money I've ever spent. Only regret is not having ordered this months ago when I found Athlean on YouTube.

Do not hesitate if you'd like to start real trainings and see greate results. Hard and systematic work is necessery but nothing is for free. Now I really enjoy Ax2 plus Core 4 ABS. Stay in health!

Great Customer Support service. My wife had purchased a program as gift for me. Life got in the way and i wasn’t able to start the program as intended. I have been doing Athleen X for about 10 years now. The programs are awesome there’s so much fun and Jeff’s always brings out his best. I started athlean X when I was a freshman in college. All my buddies were football players so they were way bigger than me and I was a skinny kid. So naturally I wanted to get bigger especially since they got all the girls. But as time went on I ended up not lifting for the girls and ended up loving that the process of building muscle. I appreciate Jeff’s creativity in the workouts and his knowledge of fitness especially since he always gives us tips and techniques and how to prevent injury.

There was a time when I stop doing his programs and did my own thing but I didn’t really like it. It was boring didn’t get good results and I ended up coming back to athlean X. My favorite programs of Jeff are the NXT programs, they challenge you like none other and my body has gotten way bigger, thicker and faster. I look forward to them every week.

If it wasn’t for Jeff I can’t honestly say I wouldn’t have the passion and fire to work out day in and day out. I watch his videos religiously because I know he is the best in the business there is no one that comes close to him and his knowledge.

Appreciate the customer service of Athlean X as well. They are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. I’ve tried other programs out there and their customer service does not compare to Jeff’s team.

I pray that God keeps blessing Jeff with many years of healthy living so that he can keep guiding us and teaching us of the world of fitness. Athlean X will be part of my life for as long as I live and I hope the other people will join as well

I thought the program was very good I did beast program I'm a 60-year-old man and it was tough to go in the gym and do all those odd exercises but they helped and I gained a lot of muscle and I did well and it is a heck of a lot cheaper than personal training I ended up switching to a program that I could do at my house still though excellent exercises and very helpful to just do the exercises without having to think they tell you what to do which I think is a plus
