Customer service and support were great. They were able to answer all my questions and give some great advice. I look forward to starting my new program.

I believe that Athlean X is the most comprehensive and diverse workout “system” made available for high level athletes and everyday gym goers alike. The workout programs themselves are deliberate, easy to follow and accessible to use in a full gym or garage gym setting. I love the ability to scale the exercises to your personal fitness level allowing you to get a great workout and do it in a manner that is safe and free from injury. It also comes with a easy to follow meal plan that doesn’t require measurements which I hate to do so it’s perfect for me. Fitness is a lifestyle for me and has been a intricate part of my life for the past 20 + years. I am a Firefighter for the City of Phoenix so it is imperative that I maintain a certain level of fitness In order to perform at a certain level that ensures I can be safe and effective for the customers we serve and for my fellow firefighters. I personally have used “Total Beast, Max Shred and Anabolix from NXT” and I was very impressed with all three. I recently purchased Monster Maker and All American Muscle and am currently in week
Two of MM. I realized that the total body split is my favorite way to train. Athlean X is not only the pinnacle of science based training it also comes equipped with a professional and highly knowledgeable support staff that is available via phone or email. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nancy on the phone whom was very polite and helpful. I was really impressed with the Athlean X-perts especially Daniel. I must of emailed him at least 30 times. Daniel was very informative, knowledgeable and polite in every response. He gave me his personal opinion when asked for it but was very clear that my goals should drive my decision making on which program was best suited for me. I am more than satisfied with Athlean X as a whole and will continue to be a loyal customer using All the programming I can get my hands on. I recently joined one of Athlean X programs after following Jeff for about a year. I have watch a lot of different trainers but Jeff is very thorough on how to achieve your goals. After two weeks into my program I realized the program I had chosen wasn’t the right one for me. Did my research and found out it was the wrong one. I contacted the support team and they replied that same day, they took care of my needs and put me on the right track! It wasn’t that they fixed and guided me in the right direction, they did it the same day I contacted them, EXCELLENT services! So now I have in my view a great trainer and a great support team, so glad I finally joined Athlean-X.

AthleanX is ok but several things people need to know before to start. I have been working out intensively for more than 20 years, at different level as well as many disciplines so I have some knowledge of physical preparation. I bought and finished about 75% of AthleanX programs. I would say that it is best to know already a little bit, having some experience exercising before starting with AthleanX. A lot of his programs are highly demanding which can imply injuries if not knowing yourself and your limits. I have myself been seriously hurt and had lower back pain for 2 years with Beaxst despite being very careful. On the other side I also healed myself from the same injury using Xero2. I believe Jeff is geared more toward body weight and heavy weight is not necessarily his specialty but you can still find some interesting stuff. The demand on some of his program is attainable only with a coach to correct you when you reach your limit because a lot of programs/exercises push you far beyond your limit. It is good at a physical level but needs to be adapted to the client. On the other side a lot of them don't push you enough but it has to be a balance when you follow a program. I need to add that I have been myself in an elite military unit so I used to be pushed far beyond my normal limits and learnt really young that body limits are way farther than you can imagine, physical one included. Overall, it is an interesting program with multiple choices but I believe Jeff goes in some area where he is not necessarily an expert. The reason I give only 2 stars is AthleanX has no other interest than making money and that takes the all purpose away. I had to deal with customer service 3 times over the course of 6 years and every time it was a disaster, even though I was a good/reliable customer. They had little to no respect for the customer and few customer service skills. Everything is minimal on this aspect as I believe Jeff only invest time in selling his products and not making sure his customers are happy or improving their health. Once you paid with AthleanX you are done, no possibility of return or refund even if they are wrong. They have no consideration for their customer, only the money. For instance, the very 1st time I dealt with them is when I bought a T-shirt after more than 3 years and multiple programs bought. To give you an idea on how Jeff treat his customers, I bought an AthleanX t-shirt with an extremely bad quality. I never had a t-shirt with a quality that bad in my entire life, even tissues I buy are more resistant. Even after I folded the black t-shirt 4 times I could still see light going through it to give you an idea of the quality. Probably something that cost Jeff $3 with importation but he was selling them for $25 or more. When I saw and realized I have been tricked I then called them which they basically replied that all the T-shirt were the same and it was on me. I only could get a refund after numerous times on the phone because I told them I was going to dispute the charges. This story is just one example but sadly not the only one of this type I had with them. So when you take the fact that it can be pretty advanced exercising level necessitating some good counsel at some points and they don't care about you once you paid then you might want to think twice about it.

I had initially ordered the AX1 program with the expectation that I would have access to all the programs on the site. Once I logged in, I realized that I would only be able to access the one program, and contacted the support team inquiring about the other programs and was informed that the programs were all sold separately. At that point I requested a refund. The support team reached out and helped me track down my order number, even though I entered my email address incorrectly, and refunded my card. I honestly didn't see this situation going this way, and because of this exceptional customer service I will be ordering another program, regardless if I am not able to access the other workouts.

AthleanX has completely transformed my workouts and as a result my body. In my early 40s I’m both in the best shape of my life as well the strongest! The AthleanX programs are easily to understand via the quick workout rundown itself but especially enhanced by the accompanying videos/gifs, and the Support team are very quick to respond with well informed responses that help aid your journey.

Thanks to Judith and the Athleanx Team I regained access to my account and now I can begin my workout plan! I'm so grateful for the attention and readiness that they had to solve my issue!

I own 9 AthleanX programs personally and have yet to be disappointed with the content of any of them. Customer service never disappoints either. Judith is always quick to respond with reasonable resolutions and accommodations. I am very pleased with my experiences with AthleanX all around.

I have contacted customer service at AthleanX a few times over the past year. Each time they have been professional, courteous, and quick to respond. There are not only great training products at AthleanX, but great support for those who use them.

The support team at Athlean-X is top of the line! They respond with urgency and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend Athlean-X programs and supplements to anyone in the fitness world.
