Worst courier

If I could, I would rate me them in minus.
The worst experience. Don’t ever use them. Use post office or any other companies. It’s been more than a month and I haven’t received my parcel.
Now then are not bothered to even pickup call and Miss/Mrs Anjali, who was previously chased couple times a day to get the order from me, now do not pickup my call and there’s only one reply of her, it’s not my fault.

Shittiest courier service.

Don't touch

These guys are a third world catastrophy. It is a shame for the upcoming powerful state of india. They are a criminal gang cheeting their customers. My package is lost since three weeks and everytime I ask for help they are answering with senseless AI sentences.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The company is full of unprofessional people who don’t know how to speak with customers. They try to scam you in every way possible. I spoke with Saniya who gave me a quote of 2400, but when my parcel got picked up, and it was miles away from the pickup location, she asked me to pay 3200. When asked why, she said that the parcel’s volume weight is over 2kg. She got her senior involved who was an absolute nightmare to deal with. He kept insisting that I realise my mistake of overlooking the weight. But when I finally calculated the volume weight, it was under 2kg. Then they changed their statement, said the overall weight was high, which it wasn’t because we specifically measured it to be 1.9kg. To which they said that they added 200 grams worth of packaging and I need to pay extra now because the parcel is 2.1kg. I paid so much extra because clearly the company is one big scam.

Worst international courier company

Sent parcel in 22nd Nov.25 to Germany when checked the status showed delivered on 3rd Dec but not yet received. When checked with DPD came to know that address mentioned was wrong then also it was delivered to someone and pod was provided to us with receivers fake sign.Since 5th of Dec we are continuously requesting to solve the issue but most of the time the staff didn't pick up the phone or every time asking for awb no and address.The staff is not ready to connect the call to their seniors. At last on 24thDec Mr Narsimha asked us to wait till 10thJan after that the company will start the process to initiate the refund or I can send the parcel of same weight again for which they will not charg any freight. How can someone trust them and again make a blunder by giving parcel. I don't think the result will be positive considering the way of talking,feedback given by customers and behavior of staff.

Worst every courier service.

Worst every courier service.
Their executive Gayatri Kamble arranges for pick up and this never happens.
She stops answering calls and msgs and at the last moment we have to arrange for another courier. Worst service ever!

Very Very Very Bad experience with…

Very Very Very Bad experience with these guys . Their whatsapp says always wrong information.not getting relevant thing ...More over the customer service Madam is not bother to serve the customer if we directly call.this is the first & last chose with you guys ...be proffessional or else shut off this

Worst service

Worst service. We got our god mantapa from BLR to Germany. It was packed in 4 boxes. 1 box is completly lost and parts in other box is damaged. They took 2 months to say that its lost. Even now the customer service do not accept its lost and no responce in email or phone. Never never never ever opt for there service.

Very pathetic service

Items gave to Atlantic courier international service. They are not sending my all products. They hold it. It's more than 4 weeks. They are not responding. Never ever use this courier service for international . That much pathetic responding.

Pathetic service....They are somewhat…

Pathetic service....They are somewhat conning the people.....when the parcel guy came to pick stuff from my house, he told my parents it's 35 kg and he will send the invoice accordingly. FINALLY they billed me for 39 Kg....When confrontated, the local pick up guy gave an invoice but without any weight ....Needless to say, consignment is still stuck, which was due for Diwali....Unfortunately did not check the reviews earlier....but it's true....overall experience is negative.

Lack of Professionalism

There are multiple reasons why this service deserves a bad rating,
First and foremost the parcel pickup person was very unprofessional, as he did not know how to pack things in the right way due to which multiple utensils of mine got bent and broken during transit.
Even though we gave our suggestions, he did not care to listen or respond to the same.
This blunder happened twice and both times my things were damaged .
Secondly, the employee with whom I was communicating, did not bother to respond or acknowledge my concerns.
Thirdly, I was asked to pay additional duty charges both times.. and that too to receive my things in this condition.
So on a whole ,would not recommend their service as it lacks professionalism.

Poor service, highly not recommended

Very very very very poor service ever. They don’t deserve even a single star just make people aware of this worst service by no choice I’m giving single rating. They attended my call twice, while im taking they purposely hang up, such irresponsible team, Actually cheating on peoples money with this service.
It’s highly not recommended, please don’t get trapped this worst service.

Bastards

Bastards
Took payment of 50 kgs, gave receipt of 48 kgs removed stuff worth 35000 delivered only 44 kgs after 18 days, chor and then not replying to calls, don't send through this chor company
