First class service given by your engineer today thought there was as slight leak in the unit the reason for call-out during the service the problem was found and corrected.Very pleased with the attention give by your engineer

Came to fix my 9 year old machine
Came to fix my 9 year old machine. The problem was quickly discovered and 2 parts were replaced. Machine serviced and functioning properly. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Thank you.

Softener serviced efficiently
The engineer from Atlantis, Steve, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and tidily, and completed the servicing of our water softener in 45 minutes. He also gave me some useful advice on how often the softener should be re-filled with salt (every three weeks). Good work, Steve!

Replacement Resin
The engineer had been to my property previously to do a service so knew where everything was and didn’t need any assistance. He replaced the resin which was the reason for the visit and also changed two small parts he thought were wearing, these were changed as part of guarantee. The whole job was just over £200 including the resin and any parts which I think is great value. The engineer is knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
