I ordered recently and the staff were really helpful - from advising on wiring, helping me to get the right bits to make a complete system and general customer service.

The LED strip I received had a small part displaying colours incorrectly, they very quickly shipped a new one for me and rectified the issue, will definitely use again!

Both a friend and I installed a couple of ip68 led strips and drivers from Atom in my drive to give some feature lighting. I bought the items through my friends company and as he is an electrical contractor and I am an ex electrician too so we installed them together.
I have to say the quality was fantastic. Only one slight issue is the size of the end seals and trying to bury them in brick pavers. A minor issue really. A recession mandating is to do longer than 1m aluminium track that could be cut down as trying to get a perfect straight line with a number of one metre sections took a lot of time and effort. The product and service are second to none. Highly recommended and I will be buying from them again.

I bought 39 metres of Natural White Neon Flex (4000K, 48V, 10x20mm IP68 Waterproof) along with a 48V 500W IP67 Power Supply, Aluminium Mounting Channel, MiBoxer HW2 2-in-1 LED Controller (WiFi + 2.4G), and a MiBoxer 4-Zone CCT controller from Atom LED.

The advice and service from the team were excellent – they were very helpful throughout the process. I’ve now installed everything and I’m really pleased with the final result. The neon flex looks great, the brightness and colour temperature are perfect, and the whole setup works smoothly with the MiBoxer controllers.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality LED neon flex and reliable support. Would definitely buy from Atom LED again!

Having never fitted any of Neon Flex LED before I was looking for a company that could advise on my journey. Atom LED were superb from the get go. These days most companies dont even have a contact number ( for me they are ruled out from the start ) but Atom do. The lady who took my first call was super nice. Rohail dealt with my enquiry and suggested what I would need. The order arrived promptly and as described. I did have a couple of challenges but Adam in technical was always there on the phone to help. Customer service is clearly a high priority with Atom and I hope they never lose that ethos. Many thanks to all at Atom and I am pleased to say that I'm thrilled to bits with my new lights. And most importantly my wife is very pleased.

I contacted ATOM LED by phone and email to ask some questions about buying their LED neon flex lighting. I’d bought a similar product three years ago elsewhere but after they failed I received very little help from the suppliers to sort out the issue. So having had an electrician look at them, we decided to fully replace them. I contacted ATOM to ask for advice about which of their products was the best match for my failed lights. I communicated with Rohail Khan who provided lots of help and information, going above and beyond in order to ensure I was happy with the product. I was extremely impressed with ATOM LED and would happily recommend them as being responsive, knowledgeable and customer focused.

I bought it to fit inside an illuminated sign. It was easy to install and works fine

when I first started the weekend I planned one room, but ended up running strips through kitchen, wedronbe., bunk beds because the reel kpt going,

And guess what, each cut lit first try. From my perspective, the docs are clear enough even for a sleepy DIYer.

The range of colors is fantastic. I switch them based on my mood and it really sets the tone for my evenings. 😎

Ignore the No Quibble returns garbage.
Hidden in the T&Cs as always. £60 of lights no use now. Not to be trusted. Also left a review on their own site, that’s disappeared, guess bad reviews aren’t allowed in the T&C’s

Sold me the wrong products even after being told numerous times that what the lights were needed for. Poor response to emails and calls. Faulty products sent twice - be very careful before placing an order

I bought a CCT changeable LED driver from Atom but was sent a non-changeable version of the same product. Ok, mistakes happen... After initiating contact several times (as they don't manage their own telephone support), they eventually got in touch to apologise and promptly sent a replacement - great, thanks! Unfortunately I got sent the exact same item again despite my diligent attempt to highlight the issue. I emailed back with a photo pointing out the difference with the item I bought on their website, but I never got a response, so I'm stuck with 2 drivers that don't quite fit my needs. So my response is this review.

The led colours are fluid like water. The colours are amazing and the app is easy to use if you go for a wifi one.

I recently got some of ATOM's brilliant lights, and I’ve got to say, they’ve really livened up my place! The colours are so bright and lively, giving the room a completely different vibe. Whether you’re after a chilled evening or something a bit more upbeat, these lights set the scene perfectly. They’re dead easy to put up and look really smart, fitting in nicely with the rest of the décor. I’ve had loads of compliments from mates, and the fact you can tweak the settings is just the cherry on top

Best service ever and the LED tapes are of a very high quality. Couldn’t find any better.
