Great staff and efficient
The manager and mechanic was very friendly and provided some great advice. Highly recommended this garage as they was very honest and helpful.

Speedy and efficient. No appointment but rang ATS in morning as had a flat tyre. Repaired by lunchtime. Fuss free and friendly.

I recently had a frustrating experience…
I recently had a frustrating experience with a recurring flat tire. After visiting two different garages where no one could find the puncture, I decided to try a third one. I’m so glad I did!
At this garage, the staff was incredibly courteous and professional. They quickly identified the problem that others had missed and repaired my tire efficiently. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I felt truly taken care of.
I highly recommend this garage to anyone in need of reliable and prompt auto repair services. Their excellent customer service and expertise made all the difference. Thank you for resolving an issue that had been troubling me for so long!

Service above and beyond . . .
Having suddenly noticed our Qashqai's exhaust was burbling, I called in at ATS Congleton. Andy inspected the vehicle, then searched his suppliers to find the elusive parts. A few days later the parts were in, and we left the car with him. He diligently struggled to remove the old parts, overcoming trouble with a couple of seized nuts, fitted the new parts having searched his premises for replacement nuts and we left with a car in a much better condition. Fantastic service

I was able to have my tyre replaced…
I was able to have my tyre replaced straight away. The gentleman I saw was extremely helpful & I was a little distressed so it was reassuring to know I could drive away within an hour

Highly recommend
Both the guys were really helpful. Sorted the job out quickly, and we spoke about getting some other work done on the car. I’ll certainly be back and will recommend them as well.
