Great service on my first visit to ATS, Callum replaced 3 of my tyres perfectly, I wasn't waiting too long when it was all done and sorted. I will be returning for my MOT as well this week. Highly recommend ATS

Why I keep going back
The technicians were polite, professional and informative.
Explained what had been done on my car and the bonus was the additional free check.

Absolute shambles left me stranded for 5 days without a single call
Absolute shambles took my lease car for a slow puncture repair, they said it had 2 punctures and reapired it and advised i needed 2 new tyres, so ordered them and booked me in for the following day. Next morning the tyre that was “repaired” was totally flat. i called and asked when the new tyres would be in and i would go - they said 11, no calls, nothing i called again at 3 still no tyres, and said they would call back, the next day still no calls, then a whole weekend with no calls, called them on monday and was told they know nothing about it and were as rude as can be - total shambles - took my business elsewhere

Tyre change
I used ats to fit new tyres to the rear of my car.
After getting home and cleaning the wheels I noticed the inside of both wheels have been badly gouged.
There's no way this wouldn't have been noticed by the person who changed the tyres so honesty would have been appreciated.
The wheels now need to be refurbished at my own cost.
Very disappointed.
