I recently replaced my original Land Rover Goodyear Wrangler Mud Terrains (which, after 12 months, I’d had quite enough of due to the unbearable road noise) with 5 BFGoodrich KM3 Tyres from ATS Elgin—and what an outstanding experience it was!

The process started online, where I easily selected the tyres and booked a convenient fitting slot. Needing to change the date, I called the Elgin store and spoke to Terry, the manager. What a thoroughly nice chap—knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We even had a good laugh about the notorious challenge of balancing these tyres.

When I arrived, Callum—who’s only been in the job a few months but worked like a seasoned pro—and Terry got straight to work. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and careful. All five tyres were fitted quickly, and they even loaded the old ones into my truck as I had other plans for them.

Then, less than a week later, I changed my mind (naturally!) and decided to swap my brand-new tyres onto a new set of alloys instead of the steel wheels I’d originally planned. I called Terry again, and—true to form—he was more than happy to help, fitting me in a couple of days later.

Once again, Terry and Callum were super quick, super careful, and super thorough. They made what can often be a painful process completely stress-free—and actually enjoyable!

I can’t recommend the ATS Elgin team highly enough. Terry and Callum are an absolute credit to the company, and thanks to their outstanding service, they now have a customer for life. Absolute stars!

Overall a good experience when I got to deal with staff that were actually interested in being there and providing a good service. Sadly 1 person on the team let the whole store down with a very negative and uninterested attitude, had been chatting about what i needed and told him I had a front spoiler that was a bit lower than standard, " oh now you tell me", was the reply. Really spoiled the otherwise good experience

The staff at Elgin ATS were fab. We had an emergency exhaust repair before driving home. The exhaust was ordered, delivered and fitted within an hour. Fantastic job chaps and thank you for getting us back on the road.

I was in to check tyre loosing pressure and found a nail in my tyre . Sadly it was on shoulder and tyre could not be repaired . Staff were friendly and helpful and explained things in great detail. Very happy with it apart from having to buy new tyre
