ATS Euromaster - Lowestoft Avis 22

Absolutely fantastic service, could not fault them at all.
Fitted 4 new tyres to my car and I just had my alloys refurbished, not a mark on them, perfect.

Awful service from the Lowestoft branch, ongoing complaint has been left completely unanswered. 4 alloy wheels on a less than 12 month old car left with deep scores in the wheels and damage to the face of one of the wheels, now made even worse by a dodgy tin of spray paint in an attempt to fix the issue. Attitude of the branch stunk, claim that it was impossible to change tyres without leaving damage on the wheels without removing old weights. Nobody from head office returns calls or even follows up. Absolutely best avoided, will never use the is company nor recommend it to anyone.

At very short notice - Team leader Shane along with Bailey & Mark sorted the 4 wheel tracking problem out on my Lexus NX300h. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me updated with frequent communication whilst the work was carried out in a very timely manner. They are a very polite and professional team.

The guys at Lowestoft branch were honest. They could have fleeced me for a full set of pads and probably discs but found the sensors needed changing at a lower cost and told me.

Wouldn’t go to anyone else, always get first class service from Shane and the boys. Would highly recommend.

Mark and his team in Lowestoft are great guys, they are helpful , friendly and provide great customer service.

Alignment check was not carried out correctly. Went back for it to be corrected only to find the outlet closed on Saturday morning. Health check carried out failed to find that my car had a lower suspension arm fault. (worn bushes and lower ball joint)

It was a really good process from start to finish. No hidden costs everything was explained no jargon used, staff were polite and friendly I will definitely use again and will recommend to both friends and family

Shane and the other man there were amazing. Couldn't fault them. Friendly chaps. Were prompt in getting my car tyres sorted and found a slow puncture which i thought i had on the tyre that wasnt in to be changed. Highly recommend.

I get great service from the team at the Lowestoft branch. I’m not mechanically minded so I always appreciate the time they take to explain the stuff to me. The biggest reason I use them again and again is that I trust them to give me great service at a fair price.
