I ordered a L200 android CarPlay unit from ATD. From the initial enquiry about what I needed they couldnt of been more helpful, they told me exactly what I needed it came in a bundle, it arrived m next day, I fitted it but couldn’t get the steering wheel controls to work I sent them a message they sent me one straight back telling me to check some settings (which was very easy) I got it sorted in minutes and I couldn’t be happier

Do NOT trust this company I'm extreamly shocked by their response to my complaint furthermore I was sold items that don't even match the unit bought this includes digital car camera also DAB radio Ariel.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

Excellent installation and support
My experience is that this is a thoroughly trustworthy and caring company, with an emphasis on providing quality installation, tailored to what was best for me. I had a Kenwood car radio fitted, and a reversing camera with sensors. A UK company that truly deserves five-stars for their expertise and support, in my opinion.

We are beyond disappointed that you've sought out to leave this review about us.
The truth of the transaction was that you purchased a camera from us, then reported it wasn't working. We asked you several troubleshooting questions, which you declined to answer and kept telling us the wrong information about the install as you did not understand the difference between aftermarket and original OEM. After several attempts to help, we advised it was best to be returned for testing and inspection. At this point you discovered the cable had been pinched and twisted. As a result, the inner cables were broken/damaged. You then said that we must have sent it out like this. We've been doing this a very long time and the cameras we sell are exclusive to ATD. They are our own brand. All are serial numbered and manifested. This product was brand new when it went out and we know the damage was not there when you received it because you had cut the white loop for the gridline options. The damage to the cable was 3 inches away from it so it would have obviously clear to you that this damage was present when you cut the white loop. It is without doubt, damage caused yourself or your installer during installation. The camera cable has been caught, twisted and then pulled. It is this and only this which has caused the damage.
You opened a PayPal case to recover your funds. We complied with PayPal. PayPal refunded yourself but also compensated us for the transaction as they did side with us on this claim.
To clarify, you were not scammed. We have ended up with a camera which was fully functional when it went out, coming back damaged beyond repair.
You did receive a full refund and we never sent you any aggressive messages. We politely informed you that this would not be covered warranty. You then exercised your PayPal protection and stopped responding to us.

Good pre-sale and after-sale support
I am absolutely delighted with my new system. Here is why…
Undoubtedly, the replacement ‘Infotainment’ system purchased from ATD is intended for expert fitting with minimal instructions in the box. That said, the support provided both before and after sale means anyone with some basic understanding can achieve a great result with a new unit providing far far more capability than the standard unit it replaces.
My experience…
During multiple telephone and email conversations, we confirmed that the proposed unit was the best match for my car from their range of products.
Once the unit arrived, ATD promptly answered my questions about connections and then provided accurate details on a few settings changes to ensure the unit worked correctly.
Fitting one of these units does require some basic understanding and I watched a few online videos related to my car to see how to extract the existing unit and how to pull through some wires (specifically the GPS and 4G/5G aerials). Once fitted, ATD provided accurate answers to my configuration queries, all of which were settings that are not normal ‘user’ features. Then all done.
I now have wireless CarPlay/Auto connection, far better sound quality with full tone controls, a far bigger (9”) display than the original equipment (6”), new on-screen graphic features now appearing (door left open, heater controls being changed) and improved graphics for actions such as the parking sensors. Plus it looks great and modern.
I highly commend ATD for their product (which was totally tailored for my car with all templates and wiring customised for my model) and their friendly service and expertise.
That said you must be comfortable with understanding some basic wiring tasks and terminology about your vehicle and be able to articulate any issues you are having. ATD has the staff to assist and their response was always quick and accurate.
Alternatively, get one of these units fitted by a professional car electrician who will have no difficulty providing you with a superb solution. It will probably take them an hour or perhaps two to fit and configure.

I had really issues with the radio…
I had really issues with the radio installation. The Team from audiotech helped me a lot. There was a language barrier but they didn't care and gave me step by step all tipps that i needed. Also due to the fact that i ordered not a very high costly item made them really sympathetic ! Thx Kolli

You can also find many, many videos on youtube detailing how to wire a reversing camera should you require something more in depth, and our staff would always be happy to point you to one should you request one.
I am sure you can understand that is is impractical and unreasonable to expect us to provide video instructions for every product we sell.
Please consider actually engaging with the emails our customer service team send you instead of review-bombing us. Should you still require assistance, we are of course still happy to help you.

they ignore defects and to get a full refund becomes a headache. Incorrect pinout and cable color is normal. The range that they sell can be found on Aliexpress for half the price with a money back guarantee. I do not recommend buying directly from their website. Use eBay if you really want to buy from them. Take care of yourself, Remember, nerve cells do not recover.

First and foremost we are very sorry you feel you had a bad experience. Your initial issue was that we sent you a cable with a trigger wire that was green, not red as pictured. We understand that this may be a little confusing but ultimately, the colour of the cable does not matter and can vary depending on the manufacturer. It will still function as intended.
We tried to explain this to you but you seemed unsatisfied with the response, after which we did not hear from you again. You can return any item, for any reason under distanced seller regulations within 30 days of purchase (We even sent you the returns form). However it seems for some reason you have chosen not to do that and instead leave this review.

Absolutely fantastic service, were so thorough with getting my CarPlay unit for my Fiat 500 connected and set up as well as getting my adometer fixed. Couldn’t recommend more!

There is only one word that sums up this company - OUTSTANDING. Sarah was patient with all my questions right at the beginning to ensure I got the right stereo and supporting cables. Fast delivery, superb condition just spot on. The car however made things tricky but James the technician jumped in, asked for pictures and within 30mins had resolved the issue and has been on hand to talk me through the changes.
