Tried to purchase an item via my mobile and it declined. Tried again via their website on my laptop and again, payment was declined again.

However, I checked my bank and have been charged twice for the same items which they said was declined.

This is not good enough.

Ridiculous pricing, wont tell you simple things like part numbers and Manufacturer of said part they recommend as the correct part.

I've got some special beans for you to buy, what are those beans for "there exactly what you need!!!"

Never experienced this in all my years of motoring and car mechanics.

Clearly stating part numbers of items you are buying is normal standard practice.

Not simply saying its x part !!!!

I ordered a cluster bulb holder for my a1, I ordered directly online on the Sunday, dispatched quickly and arrived on the Tuesday morning.
The part was exactly what I was expecting genuine audi part and in perfect new condition. My experience with this company was great from start to finish will definitely use again.

I placed an order with Audi parts direct, part of the order was for 10l of oil, they only sent 5l, I have emailed them and used their contact form on their website and they have not responded. I had someone booked to do the oil change and I have had to delay this. They also don't answer the phone. I would avoid using this company as I will in the future

Easy to find the part I needed on their website, fast dispatch, fast delivery (received within 48 hours). The correct part was delivered, well packaged and in perfect condition.

Can't fault them and I'll use them again, however I understand that most of the low reviews are around customer service, which I cannot comment on based on my experience.

Spoke to chris on phone at audi garage leeds useless very rude no manners cant even back his words up wouldn't dare use audi parts again because of his customer service!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice from Phil when ordering parts via the chat facility and speedy delivery.
Even the very best companies will have problems at some time and for me the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems. On this occasion I had a problem with a part so I messaged the company to explain the situation. However, before I could get a reply from the chat my internet went down. When I did manage to log back in hours later, I was amazed that Phil had emailed me to get more information. He also had provided a phone number. When I phoned, I spoke with Ethan who was aware of my earlier call and dealt with my issue very professionally arranging a refund in this case. Just great team work on their part.

Orderded rubber matts for £150 and surely they've sent a wrong model that doesn't fit. Impossible to get hold of support

Terrible, the Phil is waist of time i ask part number to compere with mine to make sure is correct part he don't give me, shame don't waist your time and find some real profesional.

Ordered a boot liner for audi a5.. unfortunately I ordered the wrong one I got in touch with audi parts direct via live chat. There customer services is appalling they didn't offer any advice just told me to send it back will never order from here Again

I bought online front and rear floor mats for my Audi A3. Delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately the front floor mats are not new and customer service did not agree after I emailed photos. The rear floor mats are new so the difference is evident.

Ordered a part for my RS3, months ago, it turned up, eventually, Q7 badge arrived, rung up, eventually got a free returns label, sent it back, nothing, ring up, again, oh we haven’t had it, finally find the tracking number, it had been delivered 10 days before my phone call, they said they’ll send out the correct part, 7 days later, nothing, ring up, AGAIN, oh it’s on the shelf I’ll next day it out to you ….
4 days later, it turns up, open it, wrong part!
Obviously I call again, no answer, now the number won’t connect, I’d be angry if it wasn’t so hilarious. You only deliver parts, and that seems an impossible task. I’d stick to something else.

Ordered front and rear all weather mats and a boot liner for my wife's new Audi A3 due to the competitive price. All items were listed as dispatched but the boot liner was initially missed off and did not arrive with the floor mats. After eventually getting through on the phone it was sent out and arrived next day.
Unfortunately the mats do not fit the very latest A3 and on finally getting through to them again I was advised Audi recommend the mats for the MHEV for the new model. Partly my mistake as I never read the small print about ringing if you were unsure, a point quickly pointed out to me, but the website clearly states they are for A3 Sportback 2020+ so I didn't really see the need. The site obviously needs updating with reference the latest model requiring the MHEV mats. Unable to return them as I had removed the section you cut out.
Clearly a partial mistake on my behalf but the answering of the phone by this company is poor and numerous attempts have to be made. I also tried the online chat on three occasions and it was never responded to despite the headline stating, "We reply immediately"?!
I would not recommend this company.

Bonnet opening catch sheared off my Audi. They really are flimsy!

I cannot praise them enough. So grateful

Needed to replace Audi A5 centre cap and local dealer was going to take couple of days to source. Found correct cap using product code on site, ordered and used online chat facility to see how quick part would arrive. Super impressed with both Phil and the service. Ordered PM on Wednesday and part arrived lunchtime following day. Thanks guys !

I ordered my Audi A1 car mats from this place, and they arrived the following business day. The vehicle mats were of good quality, much like the one I had originally. shipped from Audi Cardiff. Fantastic encounter

Ordered a brake light switch and it came used. Full of scratches and dents all around. It was definitely an used part. Even the box had 3 labels on it like it was already delivered to different people before me. Refunded but definitely not ordering from them anymore.
