Would have given 5 Stars as the fitter did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable.

The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I was messed about a lot with the fitting date which was changed despite assurances that it would be fitted on a certain day.

Tyrone explained everything and nothing was too much trouble. A real gent.

Tyrone came last week to fit a Truma Aventa Comfort Air conditioning unit into our motorhome. Excellent customer service, messaged to say he was running late due to traffic, which was appreciated. Demo of how to use it was brilliant and a lot easier than trying to just read the manual. Looking at the self-levellers next so we will be in touch. Many thanks Denise and Andy

Overall very happy with the fitting & cost of our mover.
Tyrone, the fitter, arrived on time and did a great job fitting and demonstrating the mover a lot quicker than I expected which was nice.
The only issue we had was caused by the current supply issues around most caravan items, our mover was delayed from the manufacturer which was annoying but the more annoying thing, and the reason they never got a 5*,was the poor communication from Auto Additions, hopefully things will get back to normal once covid and other supply problems have settled down.

Really helpful when I phoned about an aircon unit for our motorhome, gave good advice on which one we needed. Appointment was booked a few weeks ahead as they were so busy, kept me informed all day about arrival time etc. Sadly unable to do the job that day due to the horrendous downpours of rain! Rebooked for the following week, again plenty of communication. Fitted beautifully and tidied everything up once done. Great company to do business with, would recommend and use again.

Purchased an air conditioning unit for my campervan conversion. Really good service.

Key point is that I required additional spacers which were supplied at an excellent price, unlike other online stores that are taking advantage of the supply challenges to charge a premium.
