Be very careful as they are refusing to supply LPG even though its been fine since 2007
Avoid! Two years ago I moved to a cheaper LPG supplier recently I asked Avanti to quote as a new supplier. They have refused to supply.
So annoyed as the Internal Sales & Support Manager has sent a very generic reply - background info - Avanti installed the tank in 2007 and delivered gas for over 10 years and all was fine and now they say it does not meet regulations quote 'tank is not sited in line with industry guidance, the 3 meter area surrounding the LPG tank should be clear of any objects, buildings, boundaries, vegetation etc. After reviewing photos of your LPG tank, it is enclosed on all sides by vegetation and fencing and doesn’t meet the minimum requirement of 50% ventilation. Also, as the tank is enclosed on all sides, the driver does not have two means of escape in case of emergency' - its a joke AVANTI installed the tank - so warning think carefully if you leave them to get a better quote for LPG as they send you a maintaining LPG tank information booklet and refuse to supply. I expect loads of customers don't meet these requirements either so be aware when renewing your contract.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with us not being to take over supply from your current supplier.
Whilst we appreciate the tank was previously supplied by us, sites do change over time naturally and where we purchase a tank from another supplier, we have a strict list of requirements in order for us to do so.
In this instance, we have noted a number of issues with the siting and electrics nearby and we are unable to take over supply. This will be something you need to address with your current supplier as the responsibility sits with the owners of the vessel.
Rejecting a switch to us is always a last resort and if the area surrounding the vessel does change please reach out to us and we would be happy to review further.

Consistant and Reliable
We have been with Avanti for some years as the service provided has always been consistant and reliable. The remote monitering gas usage system installed works well and ensures deliveries are made before the gas level becomes a concern. The tanker drivers are evidently expert in handling the delivery equipment and every delivery at our difficult location never seems any problem for them. We can highly recommend.

My experience with the company's tech…
My experience with the company's tech is not great ,which is why I spoke to Paula who was extremely helpful. The issue I keep having is with the web site which does not recognise our account number as ID. The other complaint I have is the messages we have recieved a number of times saying that the meter readers could not access our meter. It is in the same place as all the other houses, through a garden gate with no lock just a simple latch on it at the side of the house.
