Appalling service
I used the service a few years ago ad was very unhappy as the inside of the car was not cleaned even though I paid for this and I had to clean it myself when I got back home. They had my money and i did not get what I paid for.
The same has happened again but this time much worse. I paid $63 for the inside and outside clean. When I got the car back there were all the following issues:
Front outside grill and bumper bar still dirty and when I ran my finger on it my flinger went black and gritty.
Streaks over the outside of all doors and bonnet.
Boot not vacuumed - big particles throughout.
Inside of car not vacuumed properly - lots of big particles and dust in front floor and on front seats.
Console between the 2 front seats had lots of particles and dust and there was dried milk that was still there and not cleaned off.
Front inside windscreen not cleaned properly and there was streaks on the windscreen. There was also some sticky stuff near the top of the windscreen.
The edge of the boot doors was dirty - my finger went black when I ran my fingers on it.
The interior of the floor just where the drivers door is was dirty - I was able to clean this with some water when i got back home which means i was not hard to clean.
Looks like I have to take my car elsewhere to get it cleaned again so they have robbed me by taking my money and not giving me what I paid for.
This is really appalling and I do not believe that no one there noticed the car was still dirty an not cleaned to standard,

I did not get this service.
NEVER AGAIN.
I will never mention this car wash to anyone except to tell them never to go there.
