I've used this Azpects products many times, no issues.
Easy Joint, Grout and sealing products all do exactly as I'd expect. Think problems happen if you don't follow the instructions.

We had a technical issue with the way a contractor used Easyjoint. The advice and support from Azpects was first class in helping resolve the problem.

Great customer service! I had an issue with one of the tubs of EasyJoint. After contacting the customer service team, my concern was resolved in a speedy and satisfying manner.

The product itself is easy to work with and has a nice smell. My patio looks like brand new after replacing the old grout with EasyJoint Stone Grey.

After contacting these guys , I then received a email from jeff regarding the issues I was having with my limestone pavers . He was very helpful and gave me advice that I needed so rectify the issues. I was impressed aswell as the company replied to my emails which nowadays is sometimes a miss . I’d recommended these guys ,thanks for the help.

A true and honest review ! Sales rep Lea arrived promptly! Discussed my situation! We found an answer! And the dog would it leave him alone! He should be a dog whisper, great service great product, deff recommend by me, totally happy customer ! well chuffed with the results and I enjoyed applying the product, we even found an answer to the green algi trying to spoil the grout compound and flags, yours Tony martin.

I used both the Black Spot remover and Hardscape cleaner before pressure washing the York Stone and concrete at the rear of my office. It was visibly cleaner after using these products before pressure washing started.

As manager of Lords in Ladbroke Grove I have been dealing with aspects for a while fantastic company to work with fantastic product easy to use it's In my back garden. And the sales team are always willing to help. I have been dealing with Lewis very professional and Lways willing to help.

Used easyjoint on our new patio, found it so easy to use and quick, had quite an area to cover but didn't take long at all, even the edge of the steps,I was told it wouldn't hold there ... but it has ! Very pleased.

Im not sure whats with all the negative reviews on this, other than people who maybe havent read the instructions or used the product properly.

i first saw the basalt grey easy joint in kandla grey pacing at a friend of my mums about 18 months ago which i beleive had been laid 9 months prior to when i saw it, i thought it looked so nice i decided to use the same combo with our then panned garden.

Almost exactly a year ago we used easy joint to point the stones at the side of our house a light jet wash over it comes up like new.

A few weeks back we did underneath our balcony with it and again went in smoothly and looks great and finally this past weekend did the last part of our lower garden only to find the easyjoint had gone rock hard (which was likley down to being pierced by a careless couiers as they need to remain air tight)

Today i contacted their support team and their support could not have been more helpful tbh, they are now sending out replacements for no charge.

Overall we love their products, it seems to be the goto to all the builders in our area (and Jonny Boy aka Greentop Lancscapers - the well known YouTuber) and i cant speak for anyone else but our 1 year old easy joint pointing still looks fine after a jetwash with the karcher patio cleaner, doesnt appear to come out or waste away or turn another colour like others have mentonedand and their support team have been great so we are very happy.

The team at Azpect are extremely responsive, and are very professional in their handling of your query. The subsequent email responses I received were detailed and helpful. Well done to the Azpect team!

I could not be happier with the service and products from Azpects Ltd. We were referred by the company that supplied our porcelain patio stones and we needed advice after a problem we had encountered. My emails were responded to very promptly and a gentleman called Jeff not only answered, provided suggestions and opinions but he also sent a sample for us to run a test patch. He followed up on progress and was not pushy at any point. I would recommend and we will be ordering all our products from his company moving forward. Thank you Jeff!

It looks good but has stained in places on the regal oasis sandstone which is smooth. Shame as spoils effect of patio. Reading about using bleach as detergent doesn't move it. Don't want to ruin new patio.

I used EASYJoint Mushroom to re point my old patio. The only hard part was grinding out the old cement joints. EASYJoint was simple to use and I’m very happy with the finished look. They are not lying when they say it is Easy. As a DIY user with limited experienced, it was very quick easy to use - even for a novice. I did have a hand from an experienced DIY friend who was skeptical at first but even he was convinced by the end and ended up using it for his own patio! A brilliant product and highly recommended.

We are installers in Hampshire New forest and we have just had terrible experience with the new recommended to us easy joint pro.
Avoid at all costs it's ruined and large patio we installed a couple weeks ago and the aftercare from aspects has been crap and not helpful.

As per aspects response below is lies only had there sales rep come take a look who knows nothing about the product and not a instillation issue whatsoever.
We are professional installers with years of experience.
Still 6 weeks later still getting excuses from aspects team due to there product to there product performance and failures.
The easy joint pro has ruined a expensive properly installed porcelain patio.
Avoid and don't listen to aspects excuses they refuse to accept responsibility for there failings.... No doubt to be resumed in court soon.

In the spring of 2021 we employed a local landscaper to lay a new porcelain patio in our back garden.
Buildbase in Ashbourne, Derbyshire recommended and supplied Easy Grout slurry grout – light grey for the grouting. Our landscaper carried out the work in accordance with Azpects recommendations.

However once the grout had dried out we noticed it had a patchy inconsistent colour – some areas are the right colour - light grey whilst other areas are dark grey. This completely spoils the aesthetic affect of the patio. Easygrout is not fit for purpose.
We have asked the company's technical department for help but all we got back was a technical jargon from them. To add insult to injury they have tried to sell us a cleaning product to rectify the problem.

Easy enough to use , but we tried this to refresh an existing patio which is in good condition but has bits of original grout missing . We thought it would fill the gaps, but all that happened was the grains of the product just remain as grains. It has a horrible smell which gave me a headache and I was worried about my dog getting it on his paws. We watched the video several times and indeed the application is very simple, but the product isn't effective. We felt that a couple of £3 bags of sand would be better than paying £36 for this. Cannot recommend because it doesn't work.

We had professional contractors install a stone patio after being sold on Azpects "Easy Joint." The product failed within months, with multiple joints either falling apart, or diminishing into sand. To their credit, the distributer came out and supervised the repairs, which lasted through the winter. We are back to collapsing joints, and have lost upwards of 5mm in the joints--the compound turns to loose sand, which has accumulated in the gardens and our home. I contacted Azpects, and not surprisingly, did not receive a reply.
