The highchair has been a great buy. Ordering from Baby & Co was simple, everything arrived as expected and the whole process was hassle free. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

if you want to give order, keep in mind it might take a month to deliver. I had my baby couldn’t have my stroller. and 24th of June and 10th of July nothing happened, I only got information from them after I emailed them.

I am sorry the time that I waited.

When I placed my order, the advertised delivery timeframe was 10–14 days. More than eight weeks later, I am still waiting to receive my full order.

Communication has been poor throughout, with very few updates provided, and the delivery commitments made by the company have not been met. Delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I cannot recommend this company and would encourage potential customers to consider these issues before placing an order.

Extremely poor communication and very long wait times for "in stock items" this is why smaller chains suffer and people go for argos or smyths

Amazing! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering after reading a few reviews on here about late deliveries, but since we aren't in a massive rush for a new car seat, we decided to take the gamble since the price was amazing. Delivery said 7-10 days, I ordered it Tuesday and it's just come on Thursday! So way quicker than stated. I had a confirmation email come through straight away, order updates and DPD updates from yesterday.

So 7-10 days down to 2 days. Can't complain at all.

And the seats great 😉

Horrible experience! First time ordering from company.
Ordered a KIDFIX booster car seat on June 19th, no update until today 25th June when I decided to ring them. Long story short, item is not in stock and it will take about 10 days for their partner to inform them when they will have it and then see when they can ship it to me. For something still showing, as I type, on their website as "available for immediate dispatch we will ensure the order is dispatched the same day". No apologies from the customer service, just eager to cancel order after a week of waiting and having to disappoint my little one and the planned trip.

Slowest delivery service ever.. regardless of how much money you save just get yourself to John Lewis and get it next day and spend the extra money.

Cheaper as that of market price or on the renowned retainer website.

I placed an order for a twin pushchair set, For nearly £1500, The communication between order point, and receiving items was poor. All I had was a confirmation email with no Date of expected delivery. I waited a week and heard nothing still, So I had to call & ask what is happening, to be told my delivery was expected to be delivered w/c the 15th of June, I Still then heard nothing. I then received a notification on the 15th of June, Saying DPD was expecting my order- but still no delivery date- Our delivery then arrived on Tuesday the 16th , With missing items, I then had to phone up again as we was still missing 8 parts of our twin set.- A lady then emailed & said they would send the items out- we then received them (18.06) We was still missing items with noone answering the customer service number. It almost seems Noone can be bothered to deal with issues.

Really happy with the maxi cosi travel crib. It's quick to set up, lightweight and perfect for trip away. Arrived quickly and everything was straightforward from ordering to delivery. Would definitely recommended.
