I ordered an everyway i candy bag it wasnt going to arrive for a while so i sent an email explaining i was going on holiday next week and they got back in touch with me and said they have managed to find me one they shipped it straight out. It has arrived today and I love it thankyou so much for getting it to me on time.

Excellent customer service and prompt delivery

Ordered a travel system on 29th April, I have had to chase updates regarding my order since, which I was grateful for the swift responses I’d had up until 23rd May. I was told via email on this day that they would be in contact to discuss this order as they had received the pram but still awaiting the carrycot, I have emailed a few times this week and not received one response. It is stressing me out not knowing if and when I am receiving my order especially when it was purchased a month ago, I felt very positive ordering from Baby&Co after reading reviews on here but feel as though my experience hasn’t been as successful as others on here.

Please can someone respond to my emails so I know where I stand with my order.

Buying a bundle for our new granddaughter was somewhat daunting as its quite an expenditure and you worry about the legitimacy of online merchants. Baby & Co were amazing. Great communication by email about our order. Rang customer services a couple of times and always got an answer within a few rings. Staff were knowledgeable, flexible, helpful and genuinely kind. I highly recommend Baby & Co (going to lean on my other son and his fiancee about a baby now). Thank you. The product is beautiful, Baby and Co also highlighted some good content I could watch to help me put it all together and get the best from it

I ordered a Cybex travel system from Baby & Co on 23rd March based on the advertised 10–14 working day availability, as I am due to have my baby at the end of April and wanted everything organised well in advance.

The main travel system has now been dispatched, however the ISOFIX base — an essential part of the bundle — is out of stock with no confirmed delivery date and is expected to arrive around my due week.

Customer service responses were polite, but ultimately no real solution was offered other than waiting indefinitely or sourcing the item elsewhere myself. Given the cost of the purchase and the importance of baby equipment being ready before arrival, this was quite disappointing and stressful.

I understand supplier delays can happen, but clearer stock information or proactive solutions would have made a big difference to the experience.

Unfortunately this has taken away from what should have been an exciting purchase.

I have still not received my order.
When I placed my order it stated that I would receive it in 7 to 10 days to which I didn’t. I called your company after three weeks and was informed that there was a delay and that it would be delivered this week. I received a phone call from your company today informing me that my order would be delivered today, to which it wasn’t. I am very disappointed with your service.
