Love the booster seat
Really pleased with the Joie booster seat lightweight yet solid, and my child finds it very comfortable. The website was easy to use, and delivery arrived right on time. Excellent all-round service

Late delivery
Late delivery! Bought a travel system on the 30th September, expected delivery no later than the 16th October. We have received no updates from the company and contacted them today to find out that they still have not received the travel system and have ‘estimated’ that they should receive it by the end of next week, which does not give me any reassurance. We do not have a new guaranteed delivery date and we do not know when our pram will arrive. What should have been a 7-10 day delivery, is now likely to be at least 1 month, yet, the company believe this is a ‘slight delay’. This is extremely stressful for a pregnant person who is due their baby very soon. The lack of communication regarding the delays of order is very unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Fast and easy

I had to wait weeks for the parcel and…
I had to wait weeks for the parcel and no communication from customer service until I contacted them. The lack of delivery information is stressful. Whilst the product is good my experience has been tainted so I won’t order again from this company.

Ordered pram bundle with car seat
Ordered pram bundle with car seat. Was promised 7-10 days for delivery. After 14 days was told i will get it in 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks later and was told (got email too) there is shortage from supplier and will get the order “next Thursday“. Next Thursday came and still nothing. Contacted them again and been told the same again “next Thursday”.
After that was told i can change colour for the one they have on stock or wait few more weeks.
Cancelled the order and found the same pram bundle in the same colour i wanted for the same price with “next day delivery”. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.
Btw: the customer service woman was nice and tried to help as much as she could.

What a shop!
Baby & Co have been amazing over the last five years of baby shopping, not only do they have competitive pricing but products are always available fast and they communicate so well when the product is ready. Refreshing to have a shop to go into to see the products too, not many around anymore. 100% recommended!!!

Good service, poor delivery times.
Ordered the oyster 4 travel system on the 9th of August with a 7-10 working day lead time.
We finally received it on the 10th of September nearly 5 weeks later, the travel system is perfect and the communication from Debbie and Nikki was great so I can’t fault them on that either. Luckily we did not need the travel system in a hurry or I would of had to cancel and go elsewhere…
Overall good service but would just say if you need your order in a rush I wouldn’t bother.

I waited 16 days for a stroller and…
I waited 16 days for a stroller and when I called them they told me it would take another week... I canceled everything... the worst service I've ever seen in my life, my due date came and the stroller still didn't arrive!
