Delivery service is only Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with no way of collecting your package at a depot or pick up point.
Poor service and I was told to contact DPD myself. Which I did on three occasions..

Amazing customer service
Wow! After ordering a product for collection, ill health meant I couldn't travel to collect it. I called them and without hesitation they offered to post it at no charge! Delayed delivery and missing car seat
Despite the delivery time indicated on the product as 10 - 14 working days, I received my order 19 working days after deliver. When I queried the delays I received poor responses from staff.
Furthermore, the Anton B2 isofix base and carry seat was missing!
Really dissapointing all round.

Great from start to finish

Smooth upgrade from the Minikid
We’ve just moved our child from the Axkid Minikid to this Axkid booster seat, and it’s been a great transition. It feels solid, comfortable, and very secure—exactly what we expected after loving the Minikid for years. Easy to install, supportive, and my child is happy in it. Another reliable seat from Axkid.

Great value, lightweight stroller
The Joie Nitro has been a pleasant surprise. It’s light, easy to fold, and comfortable for my little one. The build feels sturdy for the price, and it handles everyday trips well. No frills, just a reliable, easy-to-use stroller that offers excellent value. Would recommend.

Great product
Great product! Baby &Co kept me updated when there was a delay in my Avionaut car seat arriving in store and offered an alternative colour. However very happy I waited for the Navy. It's gorgeous as well as being super comfortable for my toddler.

Item out of stock
Took them nearly 2 weeks to tell me that the footmuff I ordered was out of stock. I had to chase up where my order was and only then I was told it was out of stock from the supplier. I should have read reviews before I ordered. Seems to be a recurring problem long waits for items, or items being out of stock. Very disappointed!
