Salesman was helpful and nice
Salesman was helpful and nice. The meat so far is questionable. The steaks have been cubed and have an odd taste. Not pleased with it. Looks like it’s of lesser quality and you tried to make it tender.

We are extremely disappointed in the meat we bought from Backyard Butchers. The steaks are extremely thin and the texture is like chopped meat. We will never buy meat from a truck again.

It is the worst meat me and my family…
It is the worst meat me and my family has ever eaten. I will be cooking up the rest of the over price box and feeding to my dogs hopefully it doesn't make the sick! Please cancel my membership.

Not happy with the pepper steak meat…
Not happy with the pepper steak meat was mushy on the outside both sides like paste in 1/4” was tough but did have a good flavor. Will try a different cut

Great salesman. The Ribeyes were not my thing. Could have been bigger so was not a fan of those. The chicken was great. I suggest finding thicker juicier ribeyes. But overall, not too bad.

Worst meat I have ever bought. We through it all in garbage. Worst meat I have ever tasted, I got sick from the smell of it on my grill, I could not feed that to my family. We were told 10 days and it took 6…
We were told 10 days and it took 6 weeks to get our order not happy with this company. We were giving 4 different times they were gonna deliver and nothing.. the order was for my daughter her husband and my grandchild. The how many times I told them it was gonna show up.and didn't. We were told by the guys we bought it from 10 days for the freedom to.show up cause we bought the complete package

Mixed feelings. Great customer support.
The initial batch of meat I purchased off a truck was all oddly colored and every piece, insanely tough. Even the T bone tenderloin side was inedible. The second batch I received by mail, the T bone was only 1/4 inch thick and only the tenderloin side edible. The burgers were the only part of that order that weren't insanely full of grizzle. UPDATE: BB made it right with a prompt and courteous response to my concerns, hence the change from 2 star to 4 star.

Told credit card did not go through…
Told credit card did not go through (only to see it on our statement) did not purchase package product but bought the advertised rib eyes with cash. They are poor quality with taste and cut. Had to close credit card. We were told we were scammed. Never again!!!

False Advertisement, NOT RIBEYE
The service was great, very personable and very knowledgeable. What I see is the false advertisement on the Ribeye deal...I will guarantee you that is NOT RIBEYE!! The shape is not as it should be, no marble in it and tough as boot leather. My husband and I believe very strongly it is a Top Round roast cut into steaks and so that is why they can sell it so cheap or "throw it in for free". Hence false advertisement, to get you to buy the other packages.
