I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order. My arrival date was supposed to be on 7 October. We’re now on the 21st my order has not arrived. I emailed an email and I keep getting oh it’s on its way from arriving from the seventh to the ninth to 12 October and still nothing. My last message was this Monday 10/19 from Customer service saying they were gonna get back to me, but if I had any more questions to contact them. Well, I would like an answer for my order that is still missing. What other question could there be? answer the first question, where is my order?it’s terrible.

Product was as represented

Product was as represented, and shipped quickly. Bac water was a bit hard to find at traditional marketplaces. So good to find this company as a source for it.

Great price

Great price! And I love the plastic bottles so I don’t worry about breaking them. And shipping was fast! I needed it immediately and got them pretty quick.

I still haven’t got my product

I still haven’t got my product. And you already took my money it was supposed to be here on the 8th of October and here it is the 14. I would advise not to purchase from this company ever.

It was never delivered

It was never delivered. I tried emailing them but I have received no response. I wish I'd have paid with my credit card instead of my debit card. Don't use this company because they are impossible to get in touch with.
