The experience was very good. You had the choices of product that I wanted at a price that was decent. Ship time was good. Thank you.

A bit pricey but nice colour and it’s waterproof. (Been tested quite thoroughly already!)

We thought it looked a bit thin on arrival but actually it lets in a lot of light, unlike the one we replaced, which is much better for our ground-floor flat where light is at a premium

Delivery was longer than I’d expected (hence only 4 stars). However customer service were really helpful when the parcel went astray (not their fault), and very prompt responding.

Very easy to do the order. The cloths are working well with my raised garden beds.

This is new internet commerce. You are no longer buying from United States companies. You are now buying from International companies. Some are good as in this company from France. Which has great return policies. But it's not cost effect to return some of your items.

I recently purchased a shade cloth from Sunny Garden Market, and I’m very happy with my purchase! The quality is excellent, and it does a fantastic job of protecting the vegetable garden from the sun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality shade cloth!

Very frustrating return experience.

I ordered a large sun shade from Sunny Garden Market. Shipping took longer than I expected, and once it arrived I decided almost immediately that I wanted to return it.

Their website advertises “easy returns” and says customers have 14 days to change their mind and receive a full refund. What I did not expect was to be told that I would need to pay to ship the item back to China before receiving that refund.

I looked into return shipping and was quoted around $300, which was actually more than the cost of the item itself.

When I explained that this made the advertised return option essentially unusable for me, I was instead offered a small courtesy refund if I kept the item.

I understand that international companies may have different return procedures, but I feel the return location and potentially significant return-shipping cost should be made extremely clear before purchase, especially when “easy returns” and a full refund are prominently advertised.

This experience has made me much more hesitant to order from smaller online retailers because you don’t always know what the return process will actually look like until after they already have your money.

I personally would not order from Sunny Garden Market again and would strongly recommend that U.S. customers fully understand the return policy and return-shipping requirements before purchasing.

I didn't buy from it as it all looked too good to be true. I did a little searching on the website and decided it looked AI-generated, set up in 2026, with big discounts, big promises and no return information...
