The strap on the bag I bought from bagsdirect started to come unstitched soon after I took delivery. However, the after sales service was efficient and I now have a replacement bag which is great.

Great suitcase at a very good price. Very quick delivery.

I have been looking for a very light weight bag for my 15.6 laptop for some time. This bag is ideal as I needed two short handles. It fits my laptop perfectly and has padding for protection. When my sister saw it she said get me one as soon as possible!

I could not fault this company. Ordered my suitcase and it arrived in less than twenty four hours. I was kept up to date with delivery and was able to track the parcel. I would definitely place another order with them.

Bought 2 bags/briefcases for an upcoming job. Both had marks, ones inner lining had come away and both were scratch with one missing an inch of stitching.

When informing the company within an hour or so of delivery I was not offered a replacement, discount or refund, simply a quick sentence apologising and a further 5 or 6 stating disbelief and the need for evidence.

Paid for express delivery too which was apparently non refundable until I directed them to the fat that it was not a return but a defective product.

Would not shop again

They were very helpful in selecting what I was looking for. The bag arrived the next on express delivery as I was going away the day after. Good price & excellent service. My brother order the same make later & this arrived in two days on normal delivery.

I was most impressed with this company. They rang me and informed me of a delay in sending the travel back to me, as it was out of stock and also informed me of the next delivery day. The bag duly arrived when they said it would and my son for whom it was bought for, is delighted with the product. I cannot fault the customer service I received, and will not hesitate to use them again. All I can say is a massive 'thank you'.

Items arrived promptly in perfect condition, cheaper than buying from manufacturers website.

Needed a replacement pilot case quickly. Not only was it the best price I could find, but I also got next-day delivery. Result!

The suitcase looks good but it hasnt suffered the ordeal of the airport baggage handlers so I cant comment on that aspect. The buying experience was very good. Delivery time frame was as specified so all in all would recommend
