Beautiful products and Fabulous Customer service!
I ordered a hand bag and purse on behalf of my brother (for his wife) for a Christmas gift. Not only are the products absolutely beautiful but the packaging and protection was more than adequate. They arrived the very next day via a timed delivery. I couldn't have asked for more.

I had a problem with delivery and the bag arrived broken but the company were quick to help me out and refunded and exchanged the product swiftly ! Can't recommend enough!

Convenient. Not cheap
Convenient if you need your bag in a hurry, but they are not the cheapest. Do yourself a favour and check EBay where you will find European Samsonite retailers offering the same for much less. 2-3 day delivery and pan-European warranty. I purchased a Samsonite Chronolite for 30% less. I expect you will find the same with other brands. (The company pestered me to write a review, so there you go!!)
