Ordered at the weekend I paid for next day delivery and the driver was knocking at the door 9.05 Tuesday morning. Great selection of cases that I couldn't purchase locally. Excellent price and delivery. Would recommend and use again.

Great Service!
Communication was fantastic as one of the bags was out of stock but the other sent straight away- the second arrived a few days later. Both were exactly as described and well packed in a sturdy box. Delivery through DPD is excellent as you can change days and track your delivery. Altogether a fantastic online shopping experience!

The order was quick and easy. They emailed and phoned me to let me know that the bag I ordered was out-of-stock and helpfully changed my order to a bag that was in-stock so it arrived in time. Very happy, thank you!

Good Service - better description required
The bag I bought is supposed to be foldaway, but this can only be achieved by battling with 2 difficult to insert plywood pieces which means that this process is not a quick fold and store. The bag build quality and aesthetics are good.
I woud use bags direct again

Reliable and efficient service
The bags we chose to go use when we go away were out of stock so we received an email with the dates they were expected. I was nervous we were going to be too late so contacted bags direct and they responded immediately allaying my fears and promising me I would receive them in time. They arrived the following week in perfect time for our trip. I would definitely reccomend bags direct, competitive prices and really nice people.

Excellent customer service
Despite my opting for the cheapest delivery, I received the bag the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately it wasn't quite what I wanted so I sent an email asking if I could return it. I received a very prompt reply and a refund was processed on the same day that they received the bag back. Fist class service!
