Very happy with my suitcase which arrived promptly and we paid a good price.

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the flaky delivery. If we had not spotted it he would have left our £120 suitcase on the neighbour's doorstep- without even trying our door first.

Bagsdirect were selling the suitcase i wanted for cheaper than everywhere else, and because of this i expected the service to be slow or the item to not be prefect. I was wrong on both counts. Item arrived very quickly and was spot on! No issues what so ever. I won't hesitate in future!

I thought having read all of the previous reviews about this product it would be just what I wanted. It arrived and I thought great what excellent value for money, however now after a couple of weeks of moderate everyday use the locks don't fit right and clearly they are not going to last very long. So whilst I accept the other reviews I was just unlucky as sometimes thats the way. I will not be purchasing another and perhaps will consider spending a little bit more money on something of better quality.

Ordered online and the suitcase came within two days. It was the best price I could find anywhere and I am very pleased with everything. This is the second time I have used this company and they have been excellent value on both occasions.

needed advice & sizing postage-phoned helpline,very pleasant experience at the end of which they had checked with warehouse AND posted my bag that afternoon to arrive on our Scottish island less than 48hours later. The 3 in 1 bag is ideal for cabin luggage on a flight.It has survived its first trip [in a car] rather overstuffed. IF it survives being less well stretched for a year or two-I would replace it willingly and happily at the price

Amazing service from this supplier, I was originally worried to buy from them as they had the suitcase I purchased at a much lower price than competitor sites. The suitcase came 5 days before they said it would arrive! They were really helpful when I called to ask for an update aswell.

Expected my parcel to take days but it arrived within two! Brilliant!

Order arrived as stated, everything fine, all any customer could want.

Cases look and feel great. Lightweight, smart. We have yet to road test them but pleased with our purchase.
