Had been looking at Samsonite S'Cure suitcases on various websites when found Bagsdirect. They had the cases we wanted. Easy website to navigate through various colour and size variations.
Prompt delivery and free set of scales. My only disappointment was that we had expected a set of scales per case (both cases not for me) but only got one. When I called to ask they were very scripted and just referred me to their T&C's saying it was one per order rather than per item even though I explained that the 2nd case was for a friend. They wouldn't budge. Their web page says 'free set of scales with this item' not 'per order' so hiding behind T&C's was not very customer focused of them.
Anyway other than that I was pleased with order and saved on the price against competitors.

Best possibly service considering there was a delay with my order. With emails to update with any issues.

I ordered a new Delsey case and the one that was delivered was not new and was obviously in a second hand condition. I rang the freephone customer service number and the lady who answered sorted out a collection and provided details of other similar cases if I decided not to swap for the one being returned.
The case selected was delivered along with a return label for the original case and a credit issued to cover the price difference.
The lady who handled the issue was very helpful and the swap was organised within a couple of days. The DPD carrier system in use was excellent.

Great purchase, a lot cheaper than other sites

This is a genuine feedback. I purchased 5 wallets from Bagsdirect and they were delivered promptly and securely without fuss. Personally, I have no hesitation to purchase from them again.

Only issue was that the instructions on how to unlock the case were located inside the locked case :-). However a quick call to customer service had it open in a few minutes.
