When I called the customer care, they were extremely friendly and helpful and helped me resolve a shipping issue, as far as bajaao.com is concerned, the service and quality was very good.

The best place for authentic products. Had placed an order for a guitar, was a bit concerned if the delivery would be safe. Also if the product was (Fender) was not a fake one. Bajaao didn't disappoint me at all. There was a bit delay in delivery given the current situation. The product was heavily packed and and it sounded amazing. I was glad to have called up the helpline number for the gear specialist, they provided a good discount for the purchase. Overall totally satisfied!!

EXCELLENT SHOPPING! Man, i got my guitar delivered in 5 days and in the lockdown period. They are good at what they do. The box took me 1 hour to open with the extra protective packaging.
