Myself and my partner had such an amazing experience when we were searching for a mortgage/house. Our mortgage advisor Gemma was amazing! She was so knowledgable and helped us from beginning to end, I literally can’t thank her enough for all her help and support and knowledge, she made the process a lot less stressful. Even when we were nearly ready to complete Gemma was still searching for the best rates and even managed to get our interest rate lower.
After we completed we then was recommended Glenn to speak to us about life insurance, once again he was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us for the best deal for our life insurance and contents insurance for our property.

Had a very unprofessional dealing with their hornchurch branch. I felt like they were lying and pushing up the price of a house. Really ignorant and rude staff.

As first time buyers, we had little understanding on how to go about applying for a mortgage. Peter was very helpful in advising on the mortgage application and throughout the whole process. Our buying experience was full of postponements and delays yet Peter and the Balgores Sales team were the one team that was chasing and on our side.

If you are looking to rent a house and the landlord has placed the house with them, it is better to look for another real estate agency because that is what I do. They have nice houses but unfortunately they don't respond to any emails or phone calls I make. I don't know how they rent it but it's not normal.

Balgores dagenham i had horrible experience with this people. I choose another agency and i can see the difference. Try and be sure before you transact with them

Amazing service from Peter, Claire and Paul. We were first time buyers and the team really made the process easy and hassle free for us. Any questions or problems we had Peter was there to sort it. Claire was extremely tenacious and thorough and held it all together. Paul gave us great advice for insurance and we are really thankful. All in all A+ for Peter Walker and team.

At the time I was first time buyers and they all made the whole process go Smoothly for me. Any queries we had they answered it straight away and were very professional. The entire team took great responsibility of my journey for buying my house and treated the process as if it was their own journey. I say unexpected as I, unfortunately, had a not so positive experience with Balgores years ago (apart from Pete, the mortgage guru, he's always been legendary!). When the house I wanted to view this time was with them I was a bit worried. So, before they even started they were on the back foot with me which highlights just how good the service was to turn my opinion on its head. You were all so helpful and patient with a ‘slightly’ more challenging than normal sale on my house and on the sale of my Mum’s house. There were times when I thought it was all going to fall through but thanks to your perseverance, experience and professionalism you progressed us to two successful sales in what can best be described as ‘newly changing times’ in the market. In addition to the sales of both houses, you managed to find us our forever home, this wasn’t without its challenges either but with an amazing amount of patience and cooperation from you all, you got this one over the line too! The views from the garden are talked about and admired by everyone who visits and works there, we can’t wait to be in and settled so we too can appreciate them every day. I don’t suppose you’ll have to help accommodate a couple of hundred budgies again any time soon either, so that must’ve made it a unique one and quite surreal at times! Thank you all so much.
