Made my first order using BalkanFresh. The service was very nice and offered many products with a quick delivery. Although there was one problem with the quantity of an order, BalkanFresh was quick to remedy the problem. I was pleased.

Due to sanitary reasons we do no accept Meat as a return item. Looking back at the email exchange we did offer you a return out of courtesy of the item you chose but did not want, you chose not to accept our offer. This company has given me the option to have all my favorite cultural foods delivered right to my door! Have never had a problem and their service is reliable. They are so invested in their customers that they even communicate directly with you to make sure your delivery is successful!

First time order and they made it right
Ordered some cherry juice from them for the first time. Easy transaction. My products came in on time.
Unfortunately two of the containers were damaged then shipping. I reached out to them and asked them if they could reship or credit me the two containers.
They went above and beyond and gave me a full refund and said sorry for their inconvenience.
It's rare to find companies that actually care about customers anymore
I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My first review over here.Was browsing last week looking to order some Balkan food,Balkan fresh poped up,I tried ordered,paid,everything came today.Must say they are accurate,wrapped package very very good almost every single item was wraped.I was impressed that kinda told me that they really care. I was having question about one item.I got response and refund imidietly in like 5 minutes.Impresive

Expired...
Received order today. Expiration dates blurred out, I assume product was expired. They refunded the products with blurred expiration date. Regardless, the shipping alone for the order was 4x that. Asked if they could send me replacement, was told they're not available. Overall, customer service very responsive.
