Incorrect sizing
The size appears smaller than indicated. My daughter had a size 10 previously- but these size 10s are very tight on her. I didnt return bc of shipping costs already costing me $22- I didnt want to deal with the hassle of a return and more costs.
You replied that you are sorry that they didnt fit with no further response. I would have appreciated some type of response. She is a high school student whose shoe size has been the same for the last 4 years. She is fully grown. Her feet have not changed size. To not have any response but sorry they dont fit is very disappointing and poor customer service

Finally found small size spats
I'm hoping to receive these spats I ordered as the small size I ordered. This has been the only site to offer this smaller size, tho i've ordered two other pairs of spats that claimed to eb kids size, but recd adult size spats. Fingers crossed with this order.

Thank you for your review. Our size Small spats are designed to fit women’s shoe sizes 4–7.5 and men’s shoe sizes 2–5.5. While we do not offer spats specifically in children’s sizes, we hope your child wears a shoe size within this range and that the Small will work well for them. Customer Care Team
$40 to ship a T shirt?????
$40 to ship a pair of gloves?????? Sorry i have order several different things. Yes I chose expedited shipping but $40??? And the least expensive shipping option was over half of the cost of the expedited??? I should not have to pay for than $10 to ship. Again, you should work on that. These gloves were for my 15 year old daughter and she told me she needed them 2 days before a competition. Your reply to this review is not helpful. Thank you anyway.

Great Selection and High Quality
I was able to find what I was looking for easily. My son is in the High School Marching Band and also joins the color guard team for their winter competitions. He has been slowly acquiring the equipment needed. As a parent, I like that you provide the high-quality gear that he needs. Band Shoppe, you need to come up with a better exchange program and work on a customer-conscientious shipping contract with your preferred courier. Charging $20 to ship the first set of shoes, then charging another $20 to ship your shoes back to you, and then charging an additional $20 to send a new(replacement) pair of shoes to us… that totals a $60 shipping costs. As a customer, I paid more in shipping cost than your shoes are worth. Your competition is growing and there will be more options. If you want to retain your current customer’s future sibling’s business, act now and do better.

They were easy to work with. They can definitely work on being a little more clear when they send the shipping confirmation/info...as I thought they forgot to send me the gloves (which were shipped separately) but considering that I ordered INTO the start of band season chaos they were still pretty quick.
