We received the wrong size at first and the company quickly made it right. Sent us the correct size and a shipping label to send the wrong ones back. Very simple and easy.

Expensive shipping
I am waiting to see how long it takes to get here. $20 dollar shipping for a $44 dollar purchase hurts. Seems really high for a pair of shoes.

Product/ order
I spoke to a lady that I was asking information about can I change my email address but the good thing was she didn't give me the correct information she told me I would have to cancel my order and start all over again good thing I had an email I was able to create a password they already have created a username for me that would be easier for me to login and when I was able to log in I check my status of my order I was able to edit the billing address and the shipping address because it was incorrect so I wanted to put all information correctly so when it's shipped they can ship it correctly and also the phone number in case they have to call me for any reason that they were able to get that so I feel like that was a little bit unprofessional and that you supposed to know these type of things but that's okay I just hope that the item that I purchase will come at a timely fashion that I requested on the shipment to be received for an event that I have that's coming

I paid for two day shipping
I paid for two day shipping. It was very expensive but my son needed his band shoes so I paid extra to have them delivered. I did not receive them in two days, it actually took a whole week to received them. Such a waste of money paid for a service not received. Very disappointed.

We ordered the wrong sizes. Did a return and a reoder and was refunded quickly for wrong sized items. Very efficient.

First time ordering
First time ordering. I'm buying an airblade for my marching season show and I saved up some money to do so, but unfortunately I had to try the payment like 5 to 8 times before the order finally went through and took my money. Hopefully, by the next time I order I don't have to deal with that issue 😅😅

Same band brand, fantastic price!
I am thrilled I was able to get the exact shoes my daughter needed for a great price. The tracking system did not register where my shipment was, so I had to track it through the post office site. That was the only issue I had.

Don't pay for overnight shipping
I ordered shoes on Thursday morning and payed for overnight shipping. The charge posted to my cc on Thursday afternoon. I received an update on Friday that the shoes will arrive on Monday. It would have been nice to know that overnight really wasn't possible. Our drum major needed the shoes for Saturday.
