The experience at Mercedes Benz of Peterborough was great because i have had such a terrible time trying to find a car over the past couple of months and been let down by various garages. I had a certain budget and was only willing to borrow money for a car i could absolutely trust and rely on. I was recommended by friends that getting an approved used would be the best option. My partner emailed Rob Clegg in Mercedes Peterborough about a vehicle we saw online that was held at bury st edmunds branch. Rob was brilliant from start to finish. There was no pressure like you normally receive from a garage just felt easy, hassle free, and comfortable. I wanted Rob to deal with the tramsaction from start to finish so he arranged for the car to be delivered. His customer service was brilliant and mainly again because he was great at selling me the vehicle being informative but not forceful and thats exactly what i wanted. He was honest and has gone out of his way to ensure i have a spectacular car. He made me feel i could trust mercedes and has always been timely with emails and queries i had. Whilst things can be more expensive through Mercedes im happy to pay for the service and goods i have received as the experience so far has been brilliant. I feel i will now be a lifetime customer. The staff at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central were amazing because I previously had a nightmare dealing with another trader and they went above and beyond to make sure those experience was entirely different. It wasn't plain sailing but how it was handled was exceptional! On the test drive the clutch pedal stuck down a couple of times and as I was desperate for a vehicle due to my previous purchase elsewhere (still ongoing) I needed a vehicle there and then. They offered for me to get the repair sorted somewhere locally to me for convenience and invoice them the repair bill without even needing to go through the warranty company. Conor was incredible to deal with throughout, and many thanks to the rest of the team that I dealt with when Conor was on annual leave. Well done guys!
