Barretts always looks after your car and you as the customer extremely well. From your initial contact with the call centre to picking up your car the service is first class. Evrryone you speak to is knowledgeable, polite and go out of their way to be helpful. You can't ask for more than that!

In July I returned home to UK after a holiday in USA. I had left my BMW in a supposedly secure hotel car park. However in my absence thrives had removed both mirror glasses and the front radar sensor and damaged the wiring loom. My car was taken to Barretts Canterbury who found that the repair cost was £5850. Barretts arranged for a hire car via BMW assist and ordered the replacement parts. Unfortunately one of the mirrors was unobtainable and took approximately 10 weeks to arrive from Germany. During that time the hire car was replaced by a brand new courtesy vehicle. Throughout this time I was kept informed of all developments by the service team at Barretts. I finally picked up my repaired car today. I would like to thank all the Barretts staff involved in this matter particularly Mathew Gates, Service Manager.

Needed new tyre which had to be sourced from elsewhere as not in stock. I was in the showroom for nearly 3 hours which was a bit too long in my view - particularly as it was a bit cold! However, the work was done entirely to my satisfaction and the car looked lovely when I got it back.

Second time of using Mini Barrets of Ashford to organise a service/MOT for the wife's Mini One. Great service, phone call before the appointment day explaining everything and then updated throughout the day of the service of some minor issues that needed rectifying. In all a very pleasant experience, and a smooth operation throughout. Will hope to use again.

Had a very pleasant visit. All staff very welcoming. Refreshments on site. Actually enjoyed looking at the new cars onsite,still mind boggling prices but hey,we can all dream a 😎

I was given a cardboard air-freshener by a garage. I don’t like things dangling in the windscreen so I hung it from the gearstick where it sat against the vinyl near the gear column of my car. A few weeks later, I tried to remove it but was stuck to the vinyl and had melted a large area completely away, leaving a sticky mess right down to the plastic. The damage was horrendous and I honestly thought it was unfixable. However, Barretts took it away, sorted the mess out and when they brought it back, it was as though the damage had never happened. Not only that, it had been cleaned inside and out! I was so pleased with what they achieved as it really was a dreadful sticky black mess! Thank you Barretts!

Excellent customer service, from reception staff, keeping me up to date with my appointment to the shuttle car driver. My car was cleaned inside and outside aswell. I would highly recommend the services of Barretts. Fantastic, efficient and friendly team.

Recall for the drivers air bag. Super quick appointment, easy check in. Time stated was very accurate. Asked a couple of questions that were quickly answered, cannot fault in any way. Abbie was excellent, providing all relevant information quickly and super polite. Follow up emails dealt with quickly and efficiently

To be met with an understanding receptionist after a night shift was why I chose BMW. Sophie is a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgable, informative, and has an understanding of what is needed to make the experience an enjoyable one, if not a costly one. just a quick visit for tyre check, from message on car computer. booked in quickly by telephone, and visited on monday 21 Oct am. All went well from reception until collection and oral update from Ellie, who gave me excellent overview of the all round car check - she 'knows her stuff' for sure and well mannered too. I am happy to report my issue was resolved and I was supplied with an upgraded replacement car for a week while mine was being attended to.

Excellent service and experience from the test drive of Jaguar car I-Pace sport to buying it from Barrett's Jaguar Canterbury. Emma Jennings was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She is available to answer any queries and she and the team went the extra mile to make getting my new I-pace an extremely pleasant experience.
