Having had many BMWs over the past 7 years (7) I have to say dealing with Issac Clarke and the team at the dealership was the best by far. The attention to detail was second to none. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s buying a BMW to go though them .i live in York so don’t be put off by the distance. Well worth it.

I dropped off my MINI for its service and MOT first thing in the morning and the video healthcheck was sent to me late morning so that I could authorise the necessary tyre changes in time for the MOT to be completed that day. It was a big service and all done with the MOT in one day. A smooth and efficient process.

Recieved a letter about a manufacturer recall on my Evouque.
Barretts Jaguar & Landrover Canterbury are my nearest dealership and had used previously.
From Dropping off to collection Chloe my service representative was fabulous ! Great communication on how work was progressing & when Chloe knew my car would not be back when expected went above and beyond to organise a courtesy car so I could attend a family funeral.
Thank you Barretts and especially Chloe for understanding our panic.

There were a few hiccups during my visit that could have been a 1 star experience but Kieren Seal was excellent from start to finish which has made me give 5 stars because of the service Kieren gave.

Had both my cars first service within a day of each other at Barretts Ashford. The staff Courtney at Mini and Tanya at BMW were great, it’s this level of service that keeps customers happy.

Drove from Manchester to Barrett’s in ashford Kent on Friday morning /01/11/24 nearly a 5 hour drive to purchase a BMW X6 M50i my sales person was Michael who I’ve been corresponding with over the phone for a couple of weeks as I was out of the country (nice guy) had a test drive everything went fine at around 2.30 pm we started our journey back to Manchester as it started to get dark i noticed when switching on the lights that the laser headlight on the off side seems to be pointing at the floor and a number of the interior ambient lighting strips where not working the journey home was horrendous with poor visibility from the headlights we arrived home around 10pm feeling exhausted a really long journey as we had set off at 7.30 am I feel so upset & letdown as to all the effort I’ve put in to the buying of the car that thees faults where not picked up when the car was prepared for sale.
I now have booked the car into a local BMW dealership for next Monday 11th November the last thing I expected was to be left without a car after spending in excess of 60K it’s really took the excitement out of my purchase I love the car just don’t expect the hassle i will update my review as and when appropriate

Excellent service, helped me solve me issues of dropping the car off the night before in a safe place and posting the keys safely. Looking over my car completely and solving the issue quickly. Wasn't expecting to have my car back the same day. Excellent service

I bought a Honda CR-V from Barratts just over a week ago. Flynn Caldwell the Sales Executive was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He helped us choosing the car in a way that was not in any sense pushy but always supportive and considerate. His communications were very clear and he covered every aspect thoroughly. He also followed up after the sale to check everything was going well. The service was excellent.

On looking back on previous reviews, it is immediately apparent that Barretts of Kent place great importance on customer service. Having recently purchased a used BMW 3-Series from their Ashford dealership, I can fully concur with the positive views expressed. Finding an ideal replacement for my existing car was proving more difficult than envisaged and as a result I visited a considerable number of dealerships. Fortuitously, circumstances had me visit Barretts of Ashford, although by no means my nearest BMW dealer. Here, BMW Sales Specialist Shah Chowdhury spent time listening to my requirements and came up with a two-year-old 320i that met those needs perfectly. The purchase process and hand-over of the vehicle were handled impeccably in a relaxed and friendly manner by Shah. In the brief time I've owned the 320i, it has exceeded my expectations, and I'm really grateful for the day I chose to 'drop in' on Barretts.
