I had a great experience with Barrett’s Ashford yesterday. I chose to wait for it while they fitted two new tyres on my Mini. I sat and read and drinking cups of tea for just over an hour. They cleaned my car afterwards which was a bonus.
They may be a little more expensive than a tyre place but do you do get a good service.10/10 from me.

First impressions when I walked through the doors at bmw was 1st class front of house team were fantastic warm friendly greeting explained everything in a relaxed manner offered coffee a comfortable seat made to make you feel welcome same as the service team first class service explained everything recall work carried out no fuss and car cleaned before I got it back 👍

On a recent recall visit I decided to have the oil service completed which they did in good time and without any issues. Was given a loan car which was nice and Tanya was very efficient with updates and info during the visit and overall I’m pleased with the customer experience. Two things however, my service indicator has not been reset so I’m still showing and inspection on the computer and the vehicle wasn’t washed which I was lead to believe was part of the visit. Nearly five stars but…

Had a really great experience at Barrett’s Canterbury on Friday. I had booked to have a new key cloned and was made to feel very welcome. I opted to wait and was plied with coffees and some delicious cake! My car was returned to me having been given a very thorough clean. I would definitely return for future needs and would highly commend all the members of staff for their friendly and helpful attitudes to customers.

Always such friendly service and love that they offer a return bus in to Canterbury town centre whilst you wait for the car to be serviced. Managed to get my car in earlier than planned and i can’t thank them enough.

My car went in for a recall, I was given a courtesy car and I was kept informed,bi needed a couple of other things done..I was pleased when they said I would get £100 off my bill because of the recall.
I have been going to Barrets Canterbury over many years and always receive good service, they know how to look after their customers.

Great experience on my BMW ALPINA recall, everyone from the front desk to the technician where very nice, polite and professional, one bit liked in particular was the video of the healt inspection, I believe that is a very clever thing to do, well done Barretts BMW Canterbury!

I am always happy with the service at Barretts BMW. The car service and brakes replacement was completed by midday which meant I had as little inconvenience as possible.
