The Basement Sump and Pump Co Avis 

My husband booked a service after our courtyard pump stopped working. Martin the service engineer arrived the next morning. He couldn't have been more helpful. He worked out that the pump was working fine,but we had electrical issues with the socket it was plugged in to. He connected the pump to another socket and even extended our extention lead to do that ! He couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely recommend the company, very quick, very thorough and very helpful.

Martin attended my home and installed a sump pump in my cellar. A few weeks in and the cellar is dry and it is doing the job. Martin was fantastic and explained everything. He is a credit to the company.

However the cost was ridiculous. Over £3k for three quarter of a days work and the pump/pipes. was very disappointed with the price.

Liam came and did a good job. As was about to leave he checked all done and I asked him about the hanging pump outside the basement. His first time and he didn’t know about that one but got his kit out again with no bother and checked that one too. Just as well as electric supply needs replacing. Good job thoroughly done and nice guy with it.

Pure profiteering, I asked for a quote for a sump pump with no channels. Just to pump out the water in my basement.

No electric work it’s all ready there, I’ve had 3 quotes two and 1.5k and these at £3100 plus vat.
