Do not order anything from this company. Rock bottom prices - buy cheap, buy twice which is exactly what I’ve had to do. Shower bar fitted professionally, fitter struggled to get it to hold water but just about managed. Hasn’t been used yet due to late delivery of a shower enclosure (not from these guys) and water is pouring out of it. Had the automated response from them saying they’re dealing with customer service emails from 2 months ago so not holding my breath. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if I can raise a complaint with them. This company is not for real so do not fall for it with them.

Hi David, When a plumbing item is leaking from a joint, this usually suggests that the rubber washer has not been installed/ is missing and or damaged. Please send us a video to show your item installed and show the issue you are experiencing and we will be able to advise you further.

Terrible would never use them don’t waste your time took over two months to sort out my faulty water tank. Poor customer service and very rude. Do not use these people trust me

Poor experience - more training required.
Giving them a 1 on this occasion. When you put in an order and you let you them know something is missing from the order, they should be doing their best to complete the order, I still haven't had a response from them, this is now a month. It even says o their Auto reply not to send chaser emails - what kind of business is this? Update 24/05/25 - No phone calls to explain poor performance but I did get one email with a really odd phrase which I interpret as trying to shift blame (must help them feel better) - "Usually when an item is installed, installation is deemed as acceptance as the item could have been damaged or lost during installation". Still awaiting parts. No resolution as yet despite their comments.

We're very sorry for the experience you had and truly appreciate your patience. We understand how frustrating this must have been.
We’ve since resolved the issue - the email continued to say: "Usually when an item is installed, installation is deemed as acceptance as the item could have been damaged or lost during installation. We appreciate that you notified us of the missing parts within 30 days of delivery and that you have waited some time for our reply due to a back log within customer service. In the circumstances, a free of charge replacement set of cover plates has been dispatched today via DPD two day service. You can track the delivery HERE".
I have today tracked the delivery and can see that the item has arrived at Orkney Shetland warehouse. Due to your location, deliveries can take slightly longer. Thank you for yoru patience whilst we resolved this for you.
Good product, sluggish support
Fitted a new shower from Bathroom House in February. There was immediately a significant leak from one of the connections, for which no sealing washer had been provided (nor mentioned in the installation instructions).
I tried further tightening the connection first, which led to some damage occurring. I then decided to buy a suitably sized washer and once inserted, the leak stopped.
Contacted Bathroom House by email on 24th February to query why no washer had been provided or even mentioned in the instructions, and to ask whether it's possible to replace a specific part that was damaged. Received an automated response saying they were working through a customer service backlog and were more than a month behind. The email stated that if I send a chaser then I'll go to the back of the queue.
Today is 13th April and I've still not heard back from Bathroom House. Had no further issues with the product so far but this gives me very little confidence in their warranty support going forward. Decent product on balance but non-existent customer service.
UPDATE: Bathroom House did eventually follow up on my query and issued a replacement part free of charge in June. This has given me confidence that they can be relied upon for warranty support going forward, albeit hindered by a large backlog in customer service.

Regarding the issue you experienced: for every metal joint in any plumbing part, a rubber washer is required to ensure a watertight seal—this is standard plumbing practice. Occasionally, these washers can be overlooked during unpacking and may remain in the packaging.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I ordered some bathroom cabinet handles in January as they were listed as in stock on the website. I then got informed that stock would not be available until 13th February. This date came and went, so I emailed them again and was informed that it would now be 21st March. This is totally unacceptable so I requested a refund and they haven't even acknowledged my request. Who knows if I'll ever get my money back. I do NOT recommend and would advise going elsewhere.

Avoid! 7-week customer service delay
I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered...
Purchased a freestanding bath from this company. Delivery went well. However, on unpacking it was established that the feet were missing (they have to be secured to the floor and then attached to the 'external' feet). I contacted Bathroom House by phone on February 4th and explained the issue. The member of staff advised that she would send an email and I needed to photograph the parts to show what was missing and reply to her email with the photograph(s). The bath was partially assembled at that point (plumber was waiting to install) but sent photos anyway. I received an automatic response confirming receipt of my email and advising that there would be a delay in replying as they were currently responding to emails from w/c DECEMBER 18th.... The member of staff that I spoke to did not, at any point, give any indication of a delay. As I could not afford to be without a bath for 7 weeks I had to source and pay for a part from elsewhere. They were completely inappropriate but the only option for installation (and they were £50).

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to unpack your new bath and find the 4 screws missing—especially with a plumber on-site and installation scheduled. It’s equally frustrating that you weren’t made aware of our email backlog during your initial phone call. That was an oversight on our part, and we’re very sorry it added to your inconvenience.
Due to an unusually high volume of inquiries earlier this year, our customer service team experienced a significant backlog. While this is not the level of service we strive to provide, please be assured that we are actively working to respond to every customer and resolve outstanding issues.
If you would like to forward me the Invoice for the replacement screws I will be able to refer this to management.
Exceptional customer service
Thank you Zoey for all your help. I purchased from Bathroom house and I have to say the service couldn’t be better, I had a small problem with a damaged item but in phoning Zoey I found that the customer service was exceptional and the small problem I thought I had was sorted next day. A great service that I will no doubt use again and recommend.
