Britishbathroomcompany Avis

Excellent service from start to finish.
Website easy to use and find what I needed, kept up to with emails regarding delivery/order and delivered earlier than expected.

Will 100% use again !

This is the second make of toilet seat that I have purchased and have been extremely happy both times, my husband is 85 and said that it was very easy to fit wothout fiddly fittings which is always a bonus, also as we live in Yorkshire I was happy to purchase from a Yorkshire company. Another plus was the price compared to other firms I cannot name selling the same item costing a lot more.

Great service - quick delivery

Very efficient company. Updated at all times with delivery times.

Excellent company - I purchased a toilet seat, communication on expected delivery was great, and arrived ahead of time as well, thank you very much, great service!

I ordered the Rainbow Orange Soft Close Quick Release Toilet Seat. The upstairs wash room has bright wallpaper decorated with oranges and lemons so I thought I would buy an orange toilet seat. There was a good range of colours to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The item was well packed and arrived without a problem. The seat was easy to fit and looks great.

Amazing service and product!
We love our orange toilet seat 😜
Finished our bathroom beautifully
Thank you

Great site. Cheap price, good delivery. The driver was extremely helpful and went out of his way.

Bought Belfast Sink, and the recommended waste to accompany it. Firstly, the recommended waste was the wrong size (too small - 60mm when it should be 90mm), and the sink was actually supplied with a waste anyhow. However, the bolt for the waste supplied was too short.
Returned the wrong waste, and had to chase a few weeks to get the refund, and got no response via email whatsoever on the waste that didn't fit. Tried calling, and always rang out. Had to purchase a separate McAlpine waste from elsewhere.
Won't use again.

I bought a Scudo Manhattan mixer tap. The price was really competitive and the product seems good for the price.
I did find delivery and dispatch a bit slower than most online retailer, and I struggled to get in touch with them on the phone when I had a product question, hence the 4 stars.

Easy to order and pay online. Delivery was as stated and on time. The item was well packed and padded - so no damage. Price of item was very competitive.

Excellent range of products that are well priced and can be searched manufacturer/range specific.

First time I've used this company. The website is very clear and comprehensive. Prices are very competitive. Service is first class. Many thanks!

Excellent price and service. Recommended.

We recently purchased a bath, shower screen, shower tray, and toilet from this company and had an excellent experience. When we had a query, their customer service team responded quickly and efficiently.
They kept us informed throughout the delivery process, and the items actually arrived much quicker than we expected. On top of the great service, everything was really good value for money. We would definitely recommend them.

Web site easy to navigate and a great range of products. Every thing arrived on time and well packed.

Easy to order, delivered quickly, good product - RAK Resort glass soap dispenser

Great range of products, I was struggling to find suitable items in the colour I wanted but fount it here 🙂
Small issue with the delivery of one item but they worked to resolve it really quickly, really impressed

Ordered a vanity unit and sink, they emailed every few days to update me when h the item would be dispatched which was extremely helpful.
