Very helpful
Had a p bath panel and needed to replace it.A lot of other sellers give you measurements that are hard to measure.The member of staff was polite, friendly and and very helpful showing me all they had and helped me choose the right one.

The delivery service was appalling
The delivery service was appalling. I requested twice a suitable delivery day They left my items on the street despite requiring a signature . Customer service kept reciting Covid as a factor( 6 years ago) !

I am sorry to have seen your review.
I have investigated your query and I can see you raised your order 12/10 and this was dispatched 13/10.
I can see you contacted us 14/10 on the delivery day to request delaying the delivery to the following day. We contacted the courier to request the delivery for the following day, who advised us that they would email the depot to tell the driver to not deliver the goods.
It would appear that the driver sadly did not get this message in time and left the items "safe" and signed for it as such.
You contacted us 26/10 to advise us that your neighbour had thankfully taken the items in for you on your behalf. When you queried about the courier leaving the items you were advised that due to the COVID 19 outbreak in 2020, the UK government provide couriers the ability to leave items at the receiving addresses if they feel it safe to do so. This policy still exists today.
We will investigate this further with the courier to establish what has happened in this case as we feel that the drivers discretion in this case was misplaced.
Again please accept our apologies on behalf of the courier for this.

Dreadful customer service. No one gets back to you. Ordered glass screen first one was apparently damaged in transit. The other one was due to be delivered last week. No glass and no replies from company

The glass was delivered and stood up against my house on during a storm and by the time I got home it had blown over and the glass had smashed, terrible delivery service and no care was taken whatsoever

If I can send you pictures the boxes when they’ve been delivered, they’re all ripped and bent I still did not them to see if they cracked or broken. I hope it’s not broken. One thing was good, the delivery was fast, but the boxes was ripped to pieces

Looking at the delivery photos I am unable to see any severe packaging damage, however the damage may well be on sides not captured by the image.
