I purchased a toilet system through their website, and all was confirmed. A day later I got an e-mail saying that the item was out of stock and the manufacturer was waiting on new stock. So I cancelled my order and they said they would refund in 5-7 working days - and that was nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refund!!! I have left multiple phone messages and various emails but never any response.

Oh and just as the icing on the cake, I called the manufacturer of the product and they said they have had 80 units in stock and always have at least 25 on hand!!!

This company is shocking. Avoid like the plague.......

I ordered a saniflo toilet from this company which never arrived.There is no contact by phone and would only reply to emails. I've waited 4 weeks and had to cancel the order as I had to finish project by when.They promised to refund money but after 3 weeks I had to open the dispute to get refund from Visa.
You should avoid this company!

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from this company which never arrived. They are impossible to contact by phone and would only reply to emails. They delayed and delayed and in the end I had to get a refund from my visa company.

I ordered a bath from Bathsrus back in May based on the positive feedback I read on their ebay account. I only wish I had read these reviews first.
Initially the communication was good with regular emails telling me that the bath had been delayed but was due in stock within a few weeks. After six weeks there was still no sign of the bath so I requested a refund which was agreed. Five weeks later still no refund, all phone calls and emails ignored. The bath was expensive and it was not a sum of money I could afford to lose. In the end I had to request a chargeback from my bank in order to get my money refunded. I have reported Bathsrus to Trading Standards and I hope they can take some action to prevent others from being scammed by this disgusting company.

I wish I had found this website before I ordered anything from this terrible company.
We ordered an expensive bathroom cabinet on 18 April for a new bathroom. We heard nothing from the company for 3 weeks when we finally sent them a mail to ask when we could expect delivery. They were very slow to respond and then only told us that they wouldn't deliver in their 'normal' delivery time of 10 days (15 had already passed).
This started a pattern when they ignore e-mails, do not communicate - NEVER answer their phone or reply to e-mails left on their voicemail.
They do not care about you as a customer and are a truly awful business. I would recommend that you DO NOT do business with this company - EVER!

Ordered a shower door on 18 April thinking it would be in plenty of time for our extension builders to get around to fitting the en suite. It was the cheapest online but wish I'd read the reviews below and coughed up a bit extra. As they say, no one answers the phone, emails go unanswered or reply with along the lines of 'I'll get back to you when I have firm news...' etc. Eventually demanded either immediate delivery or money back as the builders were twiddling thumbs waiting for the door. Miraculously the door appeared within two days, on 29 May. For your own sanity, avoid.

Ordered bathroom cabinet 13th April.
Cabinet didn't arrive within the original 5-7 days promised. They emailed to say would be delivered end of May.

I asked could they kindly credit my credit card as didn't wish to pay for something yet (money was due 20th May) when I had no info re precise delivery or even if delivery would in fact be made. No response at all despite voicemails and two emails, one direct and one via their webiste.

You can never get hold of them/speak to them and no information or update regarding the order - no reaction whatsoever.

Quite amazing that they're still in business really. Advise any future customers go elsewhere and pay a few pounds more - it's worth it to get what you ordered and have some form of commuincation with your supplier!

March 7th I ordered a HiB Austin Cabinet. After the initial email confirming the order, I received an update saying the order would be delivered outside of the normal 10 day window.

No-one ever answered the phone or returned my call, the only response came via email.

A little over 3 weeks later, another email saying the expected delivery. As of 7th April order canceled.

Very disappointing and terrible customer service.

Customer care? Ordered something from them 3 weeks ago and utterly urgent, NO update to order or any delays, NEVER answer the phone or callback (8-10 calls and 2 answering machine messages left) and no response to emails. How are you still in business?! Or are you?

Bought a HiB Cabinet (they were the best price with postage) on line. Telephoned and checked they had stock before I bought - they said it would be sent direct from HiB within 5 days. It arrived in 4 days, good price good service nice cabinet. I'd definately try them first again if all their prices this good

Bought £250 bathroom mirror (they were the cheapest) after speaking to their customer desk and it arrived in 4 days. Great service and cheapest

The customer service is difficult to get through. Very quick at taking money but poor at post sale communication. Took a month for my item to arrive despite the confirmation email estimated to be 5-7 days.
