What a terrible company that doesnt honor their warranty.
What a terrible company. My original batteries lasted 5 years. The batteries I bought from battery trader for $1500 lasted 7 months. The refuse to honor their warranty and just keep asking dumb questions. I should have known better when they sent me the batteries with missing battery terminals and didnt ship to me for a month after purchase. Never responded to my emails about order status. Do not buy from this company. Find an American company. Once they have your money, they dont care about you. What a terrible experience and $1500 lost on faulty batteries.

I rang up battery trader after seeing thier online advert and reading other positive reviews and gentleman was very knowledgeable knew exactly what I wanted, so I made my order and received my order as stated I also received an added bonus. So all in all would I recommend battery trader THE ANSWER is YES I WOULD and when I have the money I will be ordering replacment batteries for another product.

Very very bad after sales service
Very very bad after sales service. Battery failed 7 months after purchase. Customer service have blamed it in me, when the battery is obviously faulty. They are refusing to refund or replace and their communication is arrogant and threatening
