a quality product (chiminea) when it arrived unfortunately the lid was damaged so we rang bbqland and reported it and they were very helpful and replaced the lid a couple days later with no problems very good customer relations and after sales.i would have no problems in recommending bbqland to anyone and i already have so i hope it brings you more custom,thankyou

Perfect timing for Chiminea
My daughter had always wanted a chiminea so I ordered one for her birthday, It arrived in two days and I took it to her., sadly the neck had broken from the main body in transit. It was so well packed we couldn't understand how it had happened. I rang BBQLAND and they apologised and sent a replacement in perfect condition the next day.There was no quibble they didn't want to see the broken chiminea, they were professional, apologetic and understanding, I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Superb Price, quick delivery.
Purchased a Bradley digital smoker online along with some wood and the cold smoking adapter. Ordered everything late on Wednesday, arrived Friday morning.
Superb product (although this isnt a product review) but the communications from Bbqland and the delivery in fact every part of their service was excellent. I will certainly use them again.

Nice people, nice products, good attentive service. They made special arrangements to send items on the only day I'm at home. For the next delivery, they remembered and sent the package to my work address. No big deal but it proves they listened and it was important for them to get it right. Thats how I run my business so well pleased! By the way, I fired up the Monolith on Sunday for the 1st time cooking a whole pork shoulder. Best bit of pork I've eaten in years and my guests must of thought the same because it all went very quick! Nice one guys! I'll be back I'm sure!

Great product and fantastic customer service.
I needed to get the portable firepit BBQ really quickly as a leaving present for a colleage, we needed it the next day, otherwise it would have been useless ordering it. I emailed BBQland and asked if the delivery service guaranteed next day, which it did. After placing my order and paying via Paypal, I noticed that it had used my home address for the delivery and I wanted it delivered to my work address. I emailed BBQland and they quickly replied saying that they had changed the order to be delivered to the correct address. The BBQ arrived as promised, the next day, and is fantastic. (Luckily I was camping with my ex-colleague that weekend so was able to use it with her) and it was great for a BBQ, had loads of space, and then when the BBQ was finished, we filled it with some wood and had a great campfire. The mesh cover is a real bonus as it keeps it safe whilst kids are about. It is considerably cheaper with them than elsewhere online and I am now waiting for more to come in stock as I'd like one for myself!

Good Value and Prompt Despatch
Looking for a replacement for a cheminea I made from an old gas cylinder about twelve years ago, I was surprised to come upon this look-alike.
It looks and works a treat.
It was very reasonably priced and arrived by return.
The service could not have been better.
