Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service, sold me a wheel that would not even go over my brake calipers, they did reach out about a possible offset issue which I was prepared to deal with by using a spacer if needed. However the issue is with the barrel of the wheel being too small to clear the calipers. They offered me a return if I was to pay almost 300 dollars. I used pay Tomorrow and if I return the wheel i would have almost 500 dollars basically stolen from me. I reached out multiple times by email to someone names Stephanie who originally said i would have to pay for a restock fee. How ever after explaining the situation and saying I should not be held responsible for their mistake, I have received no response.
Correct it was discussed that it may hit the brake caliper due to offset!!! Offset on this wheel would make NO difference as the caliper hits the inside of the wheel barrel. The inside of the wheel diameter is not big enough to clear the caliper. This is no custom setup, the brakes on the car are 100% stock and pictures were provided to show proof. Absolutely sorry company to not take fault in a wheel you sell to fit.

We also mentioned that while we could review the fitment based on the provided information, we couldn’t guarantee 100% compatibility, as custom setups can vary significantly. Despite these uncertainties, you chose to proceed with the order as is.
Regarding the return, our policy includes a restocking fee, which was clearly communicated, and covers processing and handling costs. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when dealing with financing services like Pay Tomorrow, but these fees are standard across many custom wheel orders.
We apologize if there was any delay in communication. Our team strives to respond promptly, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Great pricing, quick delivery, and if you purchase the insurance they honor it. I’d stay away from lexani brand tires though they do not hold up very well.

Sent the wrong wheels was going to ship…
Sent the wrong wheels was going to ship 2 of them back to replace with fronts and decided to just purchase the two fronts and use the four aftermarket for the rear. They offered 25.00 for the hassle. When I was able to get into the tire shop they stated that the wheels I. The rear will not mount with the 4 aftermarket wheels and I would have to use 2 of the steel wheels on the inside. This left with 2 unopened wheels tried to return them for refund or take off of my account. SANDRA stated that the 25.00 for the hassle was so I would keep them keep in mind this was offered before I knew that they wouldn’t fit correctly and she stated that there is nothing the shipper will do making it sound like I am stuck with the wheels. And they aren’t wheels they keep in stock they seem to be dropped ship from warehouse

I ordered a set of expensive tires for my tires and had them put on within 5 days found out one of the tires was out of balance bad so I called and they said you can send the informations from the tire shop and we might be able to help or you can just buy another tire and hope that the manufacturer can give you a refund all I wanted was a tire that would balance out like the other three I wish they would just make it right and if they are a family buisness you would think they would

Troy was very helpful. He made the extra effort to ensure that I had the correct wheels. I ordered 16” wheels and my SUV uses 17” wheels. I put winter tires on the 16” rims. I’ve used this setup for several years without a problem. Again, he took the time to double check that this setup will work.
