Renewed Samsung Soundbar
Last month I purchased a renewed/refurbished soundbar from Amazon (Beach Camera is the seller). It arrived in better condition than I thought (I was initially concerned). So far, performance has been as good as new. A few weeks ago I noticed that a competitor was selling the same device for a notably lower price. I reached out to Beach Camera asking if there was any chance I could get a price match (especially since I was still in return window). Mariz promptly responded, requested additional information, which I provided, and elevated the request for review. It was approved (I'm very pleased). Thank you to Mariz and Beach Camera...hopefully this sound bar lasts a long time!

Shoutout to RIZZA MAE, LARIZA, RIZALYN, and MARIZ — they were great throughout the process. My TV had a noticeable defect which bothered me a great deal. But they resolved my issue and made sure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated.

Terrible repairs
They did not test the product that they repaired for functionally. Sold me a broken robot vacuum. If you repair a product than the most common sense procedure would be to test the product after right?

Mariz and Julie were very helpful. But, I would like to give my greatest thanks to Angel from Customer Service. He cut through the red tape and was able to resolve my refund issue efficiently and tactfully. I was waiting for an answer from BeachCamera. But, Angel went above and beyond. Digital Software Bundle
I purchased computer monitors which the company advertised as including a software bundle. The website presentation gives the impression the software is in hard media format. I contacted the company to inquire as to the disposition of the software. I was quickly contacted via email by company representative Christine Gail, whom informed me that in fact the software it is to be obtained as a digital download via an URL provided by the company. She provided me with the download URL, as well as clear and concise instructions as to same. Her prompt reply cleared and removed any and all confusion I had regarding the matter, and resolved the matter completely.

Excellent customer service
I ordered a Camera bundle for my daughter for Christmas. The next day she realized that the SAN disk was not included in the box. I sent the seller a message asking about this. I received a a response very quickly. Grace, Gail and Rizza Mae was able to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. I will use this company for any camera needs in the future!
