Great customer service and support
Although I never received the product bought at this store because it got stolen on the way to the distributor, and I had to contact the company, the person whom I spoke, Dianne, was always in contact and tried to help me with info and my refund. Customer service agents from this company such as Catherine and Romel were also helpful with my situation. I got my money refunded after the investigation of what happened to my product concluded. It took 10 days to get it solved; however, I thought that the company would have issues in refunding my money, but I was wrong, The company responded for the inconvenience and I got my refund. I want to thank everyone who was involved in trying to help me with this.

Our original order did not arrive in the best condition, with the shipping box & and monitor damaged. Both Rizalyn and Lariza quickly sprang into action and had helped resolve... just in time for the holidays too, as we had the entire family + friends stopping by. Many thanks from our families to yours. We're already in <3 with our 49' Samsung. Ironically, the family started off by watching a black and white (Casablanca), before switching into CoD, Rocket League, and other games set at max display settings. The 4k quality, and 1ms response times have not disappointed. Thank you all for the prompt support!!!!
