Seems they don’t respond to emails
I tried to contact the team via email many many times over a two week period and no one ever got back to me. I copied in all the email addresses I had received emails from but still nothing! Very disappointed.

They closed my case!
They closed my case!! My order has NOT been delivered!!!!! The order shipped on March 4th - I live in TX - and today it shows it's in St Paul Minnesota!!!! What in the world!? Open back up my case please.
