Received my delivery started taking that day so find them not so easy to chew as the blue one I was taking were move like jelly babes so see our I get on with them.

I have been using gummy bears for some time and my nails are now so much stronger, no more breaking. Speedy delivery. Would recommend

Haven't received my order number nor order! Poor customer service! Haven't heard anything back and its been a week now! Sent multiple emails, still nothing! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and i am not happy at all!

I have been waiting for the sugar free version of the gummy bears for a long time and after promises that they would be available 'by next week', which they weren't, reluctantly decided that I would go for the normal bags as I didn't want to wait any longer. However, I will buy again but when the sugar free ones are available.

Update on 05/05/22 - Having received a reply from Beauty and the Bear to advise the sugar free version were now available and that there was a flash sale, I have now bought the sugar free version! Thank you for excellent customer service and now back up to 5 *****

Product arrived promptly via Royal mail. Nicely packaged.

Pros:
+ It really does work, naturally i have very dry hair/skin and brittle nails. By taking these on and off for months I've personally noticed a big difference for me (grew an inch and my nails are no longer brittle - my hair doesn't grow very fast normally)
+ Gummy bears are really yummy and cute
+ Friends have noticed a big difference and commented, without me fishing for a compliment ...
+ Had no issues with spots or breaking out, infact i normally get a bit of dry skin and it's alot less dry

Cons:
- You have to be consistent with the product and patient, taking it for 4 days won't make any long term difference ... your body also takes time to consume / process the vitamins.
- I take breaks because i am conscious of over consuming vitamins
- It won't change your dna, if you have fine hair you will still have fine hair.

They arrived promptly. I've only just started taking the Gummie Bears so too early to tell how good they are but the friend who recommended them found they really helped her hair grow back after glandular fever. I had lond covid for 6 months and lost a lot of hair so hoping they work for me

Quick and efficient service for my favorite bear

Long time I suffered from hairloss until I found the Beauty& The Bear. I take these gummies 3 month, and my hairloss is much less then before, new hairs coming a lot and the taste is also good. I ordered 3 more month supply. Fast delivery!

This is my favourite hair vitamins. I have used them over the year. I have ordered twice 2x3. I have not received them. I called the Royal Mail as they said they will send it via them. I gave them all my detail and they said it has been delivered to different address in my area. And they were we not able to give you the detail. I am so pissed off. I spend like £74 for nothing😭 also, I have emailed to the email in the website for help and I didn’t get response at all!!

I've been taking these gummies for only 3 months and the difference is astounding. My hair is definitely fuller and I keep having to trim it as it keeps growing lol. Also I used to have the most brittle nails that would always break while I was doing the washing up but they're pretty strong now.

These vitamins are amazing my hair has grown so much in 6 weeks I will definitely be recommending and buying again

I was able to talk to a manager and I was refunded the amount paid, half-satisfied the package you don't know what happened to it, but it's definitely not the seller's fault, I had to rectify so much. Greetings

Have only been taking for a few days but my hair has been falling out in clumps post 4 months after pregnancy I’ve got a few pimples come up but I’ve always had that so don’t know if they are to blame yet but just after 4 days I feel like my hair isn’t shedding as much and I have so much energy especially for the woman who is anemic and all sorts so even if my hair don’t grow (but have high hopes it will) just the energy is amazing and they taste so good my three year old thinks there sweets lol will deffo recommend wven if it is just for vitamin boost I don’t eat too healthy so this is what I need and if my hair grows absolute bonus 🧡 also I got them on Amazon always trusted 🧡go go beauty and the bear 🐻

I have ordered gummies and not recieved them,so i emailed them and was told they were posted and should get to me soon,which was not the case,i then emailed again and the lady emailed back saying royal mail must have lost the parcel and now they have nothing in stock till begining of november and said they can refund me,so i asked her to do a refund and now i have not recieved a reply back..so unprofessional

Response is terrible live chat does not exist,
Purchased gummies for a while but this last 6 month batch is horrible.
If there is a problem with them and they sort it out I will order again if not I will go else where and worn people they are not nice.
Just contact me to sort this out ASAP.
I have been on your site no mention that you will be offering both types.
Sugar free and sugar I have 5 packets of these sugar free as was bought as a 6 month deal should I just keep these and you will refund me with 6 months of the original sugar ones when they come in . Just send them out to me when they arrive in 2 months. Or should I send them back and refund me in cash . Hassle !

Unfortunately this company think it’s ok to take peoples money and not give them anything in return and then ghost all attempts to contact them. I placed an order on 26th June and 2 weeks later the orders still hadn’t arrived, no tracking info, nothing. The company sent an email saying it’s been dispatched but Royal Mail had never received an item. When I contacted they gave a vague explanation as to why this might be. I got a bit suspicious so asked for a refund and at this point they ghosted me. Since then I’ve sent another 2 emails asking for either a refund or simply to receive what I had ordered in the first place. Yet no reply still, I have no choice but to report to my bank as fraudulent. I would avoid at all costs and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
