I ordered Dermalogica Conditioning Body…
I ordered Dermalogica Conditioning Body Wash at a good price. The package was damaged on arrival and the product has been contaminated. It is obvious when looking at the package that it was not sufficiently boxed. No packing inside. Big gaps in the tape. I’ve sent it back and am awaiting a replacement. It’s the first time I’ve experienced this problem with a Beauty Flash order.

Poor service
Our order was for our Son’s 30th birthday which was 8 days ago. It was supposed to arrive by the day before his birthday and is still not here. There is an issue with Evri as it was apparently out for delivery 8 days ago but has never arrived. Three emails have been sent but although we ordered this two weeks ago apparently they are waiting on Evri response. This doesn’t help us and Beauty Flash are refusing to resend or refund the item until they’ve spoken with Evri who are essentially ignoring them. So our son is still without his aftershave. Will never use them again!

Very poor customer service and packaging.
I recently ordered two large candles on line at a reasonable price . However they were very poorly packaged (just flimsy brown paper) and one was shattered during shipping . I took a photo and contacted the customer service e mail provided over a week ago and o response. Followed up again a few days ago and still no response. Very poor customer service in my view . Will not be ordering from here again . Shame as would have ordered more if better packaged and better customer service .

After spoiling my wife's birthday they offered a derisory 20% discount code on my next purchase ' be serious like I would make another purchase after the diabolical service that I have received from this company.

Awful customer service
I received a pot of Wella texture touch which had been opened and dried out
I have sent the on line form and emailed them direct with no reply. I have phoned them only to continuously be number 1 in the queue staying on the line for up to 45 minutes
